PRINCIPLES OF RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
Responsible gaming is a basic principle of organization and conducting gambling, which requires gambling organizers to take measures to prevent and minimize the negative consequences of an individual's participation in gambling, as well as measures aimed at organizing self-restrictions and self-control for players.
1. Ensuring the identification of the player (players).
The Organizer carries out identification (verification, data establishment) of the player(s) in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine. Detailed information regarding the procedure for the identification (verification, data establishment) of the players is described in the Rules of the gambling organizer Limited Liability Company “NATIVE APPS”, available at the following link: https://supergra.ua/en/rules. Accordingly, to be able to participate in gambling on the website https://supergra.ua/en (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and/or in the SuperGra mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”), a player must undergo the procedure of identification (verification, data establishment).
2. Restrictions on participation in gambling.
The Organizer does not allow individuals whose participation in such games is prohibited by the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Activities Related to the Organization and Conduct of Gambling” (hereinafter referred to as the Law) to take part in gambling. Specifically, the following persons are not allowed to be players:
incapable and partially capable persons;
3. Absence of incentives to encourage player losses.
The Organizer does not, in the course of organizing and conducting gambling activities, engage in actions aimed at encouraging player losses. In particular, the Organizer refrains from providing the player(s) with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) in any form, or using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned upon the occurrence of a player’s (players’) loss in a respective gambling game.
4. Absence of encouragement to gamble.
The Organizer shall refrain from actions that encourage or may encourage the player (players) to continue playing after they have decided to stop playing (initiating the termination of the game, taking a break from the game, logging out of their client account, closing their client account), does not offer or provide the player (players) with alcoholic beverages, beer, low-alcohol beverages, table wines, or tobacco products free of charge or as a reward for participating in gambling.
5. Prevention of gambling addiction (ludomania).
The Organizer publishes informational materials on gambling addiction and responsible gambling in the “Responsible Gambling” section of the website/mobile application. These materials include information on age restrictions for players, chances of winning, principles of responsible gambling, signs of severe gambling addiction, and the activities of organizations, healthcare institutions, and/or medical professionals who treat gambling addiction (contact details, support service phone number). 6. Self-control.
The Organizer informs the player (players) of the requirement to comply with limits on their gambling expenses and the duration of their participation in gambling (as established by the player (players) prior to starting gameplay on the website and/or in the mobile application). The Organizer does not permit participation in gambling without the prior establishment of such limits and ensures control over their observance. The player has the right to change their gambling expense limits for a specific time period (daily, weekly, or monthly), but no more than once per calendar month.
