RULES OF ONLINE CASINO GAMBLING
OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NATIVE APPS

These Rules of Online Casino Gambling (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”) determine the general procedure and conditions of casino gambling on the Internet, contain the rules of participation in the types of gambling organized and conducted by the Gambling Organizer which is the Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, identification code of the legal entity 43488489, registered office: 35 Svitlytskoho str., 35, office 108/4, Kyiv, 04215, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” and/or “the Organizer”), and are an integral part of the Rules of the Gambling Game Organizer approved by Order No. 4 dd. 8/9/2023 (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules of the Gambling Organizer”).

The terms stated in the Rules in capital letters are used in the understanding and interpretation given in the Rules of the Gambling Organizer published on the Company's Portal at https://supergra.ua (hereinafter referred to as “the Portal”) and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application.

І. THE PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING GAMBLING GAMES

1. Without exception, all terms and conditions specified and regulated by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, as well as the Applicable Laws of Ukraine, extend to the Rules and apply to the Rules of Participation (Clause 5 of the Rules) in each separate Gambling Game.
2. If there is no equal and unequivocal interpretation of terms or definitions in any part of the Rules, the Parties are guided by the interpretation and/or definition of terms used in the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
3. In accordance with the Rules and regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine, the following persons may not be Players in any Gambling Game on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application:
- Persons who have not provided for familiarization with the identity document containing information about the age of the person, in case of receiving a request from the Organizer's employee to present such a document, if it has doubts about the person reaching the age of 21 years;
- Persons who have provided the Organizer and/or its agents with false information/data/documents about themselves, including name, patronymic, age, place of residence or stay;
- Persons with limited dispositive capacity and/or who are incapacitated;
- Persons on the Register of persons with restricted access to gaming establishments and/or participation in gambling;
- Persons who suffer from ludomania (gambling addiction);
- Persons who are either founders (participants, shareholders) or directors of the Organizer in which they are founders and/or hold top management positions;
- Persons who are either founders (participants, shareholders) or directors of the Organizer in which they are founders and/or hold top management positions;
- Persons who have or may have information regarding the outcome of the Gambling Game;
- Persons who, directly and/or indirectly (with the involvement of a third party/parties), can influence the outcome of the Gambling Game or the amount of payment (disbursement) of the Win (Prize);
- Persons who are chairpersons, members, and/or officers of the authorized body, except for persons conducting inspections by means of control purchases;
- Persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants, or who are in a state of poisoning or intoxication;
- Persons who are citizens and/or nationals of a state that has in any way occupied part of the territory of Ukraine or is committing aggression against Ukraine, recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as an aggressor or occupying state, except for those who have a valid temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine;
- Persons on the sanctions lists.
- Other persons who are defined by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
3.1. In case the Player, in spite of the prohibition provided in the Rules and/or the regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine, has taken part in the Gambling Game, this Public Offer Agreement to Participate in the Gambling Game concluded between the Company and such Player is considered null and void and the Client Account of such Player is subject to blocking. The bets of such Player shall be refunded and the Win (Prize), if any, won while playing on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application shall be canceled and refunded to the Company.
4. If a person intends to file a complaint regarding the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application (its operation, unacceptable behavior of other persons, violation of the Rules, etc.), he/she is obliged to contact the Support Team with his/her complaint as soon as possible. The Complaint may be filed both in writing signed by such person at the Company's registered address at 35 Svitlytskoho str., 35, office 108/4, Kyiv, 04215, Ukraine, and in electronic form to the following e-mail address at: [email protected]. The complaint can be made by any person in any form. However, it is obligatory to indicate the date, the name of the person and the means of response. The Company reviews and responds to complaints within 30 calendar days of receiving the complaint.
5. These Rules establish the rules of participation (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules of Participation”) in the following types of Gambling Games:
5.1. Slot Machines:
5.1.1. Slots;
5.1.2. Crash Games;
5.1.3. Roulette;
5.1.4. Baccarat;
5.1.5. Blackjack;
5.1.6. Double Up;
5.1.7. Dice;
5.1.8. Sic Bo;
5.2. Live Casino Gambling Games.
6. In addition to the Rules, the Rules of Participation for each Gambling Game are also provided directly by the link for each Gambling Game. If there are any disagreements between the Rules and the Rules of Participation in the menu section of the Gambling Game interface, the latter shall prevail. The terms and conditions not defined in the Rules shall be determined by the relevant Rules of Participation published in the respective Gambling Game on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
7. The Company has no direct access to the Gambling Games and cannot influence the outcome of the Gambling Games. If there is a failure or malfunction in any Gambling Game on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, all current results of the gaming session as well as payouts will be canceled by the game provider.

THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME OF THE "SLOTS" TYPE

1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS
Slot is a Gambling Game in which the Player presses a button to spin one or more reels containing different symbols. The Player wins when identical Symbols on the Reels line up in one or more rows in different patterns on a payline (Classic Slots with Fixed Reels) and/or when identical symbols appear in different patterns (not necessarily in a row) to form a winning combination and then disappear, and then the next symbols appear in their place to form new winning combinations (Avalanche or Cascading Slots).
A payline is a line of symbols on the reels, where the winning combinations are formed (Classic Slots with Fixed Reels), or a pattern of symbols on the reels that form winning combinations (not necessarily in a row) (Avalanche or Cascading Slots).
A symbol is an icon of an object or character that rotates in a vertical direction. Classic symbols include fruits, berries, bells, sevens, books, etc. The main objective of the Player is to get identical symbols in a specific pattern according to the payout table (for Classic Slots with Fixed Reels) or to get identical symbols in any pattern to make winning combinations according to the payout table (for Avalanche or Cascading Slots).
A reel is a group of symbols that rotate or fall vertically on a single axis.
A payout table is a window in the Gambling Game that contains a list of possible wins in the Slot, as well as important information about the Gambling Game and its features. This table shows the Win (Prize) for each combination, for particular lines or combinations. It also contains information about bonus rounds (if available in the game).
Buttons are the mechanisms that the Player uses to control his/her Gambling Game on the machine. The "Start" or "Spin" button triggers the reels to move or the symbols to fall, while the "Bet", "Minimum Bet" and "Maximum Bet" buttons adjust the amount the Player bets per spin of the reels (for Classic Slots with Fixed Reels) or the number of winning combinations created by the falling symbols (for Avalanche or Cascading Slots). There is also an "Auto Spin" button that allows the Slot to spin the Reels (for Classic Slots with Fixed Reels) or make Symbols fall out (for Avalanche or Cascading Slots) at a set rate without the Player's involvement.

2. THE PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME
2.1. Description of Gambling Game Gameplay.
2.1.1. The Player bets that identical Symbols on the Reels will successfully line up in a winning combination (for classic slots with fixed reels), or that identical symbols will appear in different patterns (not necessarily in a row) to successfully form a winning combination and then disappear and the next symbols will appear in their place to form new winning combinations (Avalanche or Cascading Slots).
2.1.2. For Classic Slots with fixed Reels: If identical Symbols line up in a solid horizontal row, the Player gets Wins (Prizes) according to the payout table for that Slot. If identical Symbols do not line up in one solid horizontal row, the bet remains a payment for participation in the Gambling Game.
For Avalanche or Cascading Slots: if identical Symbols appear in different patterns (not necessarily in a row), forming winning combinations, and then disappear, increasing the multiplier value and allowing other Symbols to fall out and replace them (i.e. the bet continues for all cases of forming winning combinations with increasing multiplier value, as well as for the disappearance and fall out of new Symbols, until the end of the series of winning combinations), the Player gets the Win (Prize) according to the payout table for the Slot. If identical symbols do not form a winning combination, the bet remains a payment for participation in the game.
2.2. In some types of classic Slots with fixed Reels, depending on the number of paylines (if defined in the Gambling Game itself), the payline is not only horizontal but also vertical, diagonal, zigzag.
2.3. Different Wins (Prizes) are awarded for different Symbol combinations. Details of the payout table for the Gambling Game can be found directly in the Information menu of the Gambling Game.

Paylines that can be used by the Player while Gambling in classic Slots with fixed Reels are the following:

- The classic line is a horizontal row of Symbols to be read from left to right;
- The pay-both-ways line is a horizontal row of Symbols that can be read both left to right and right to left. These Gambling Games are known as symmetric games.

Wild Symbols:

The Wild Symbol is an additional Symbol that, when it appears, substitutes for other Symbols on the Reel to increase the chances of the Player to win. Wild has multiple variations:

- Expanding Wild is a symbol that covers an entire reel and turns it into a solid row of Wild Symbols;
- Walking Wild is a Symbol that moves across the Reels in a few spins from one edge of the Gambling Game field to the other until it crosses its limits;
- Sticky Wild is a Symbol that remains in its place for several spins of the Reels.

Individual Symbols in the Slot that can give the Player the opportunity to access different types of offers:

Types of Offers:

- reel re-spin feature allows the Player to spin some of the Reels again for free. Winning reels remain in place. Re-spin gives the opportunity to get the required combination in the Gambling Game. In some Slots, re-spins are available as a paid feature at any time. It is up to the Player to decide whether to use this feature;
- multiplier is a feature that usually works in conjunction with a re-spin. Its purpose is to increase the Player's Win (Prize). There are Slots where the Multiplier increases as many times as the number of times the Player has won in a row during a re-spin. All the information about the Multiplier in the Slot can be found in the payout table.
- additional spin is a feature that allows the Player to spin all the Reels without betting money and still get the Win (Prize);
- random wild is a feature that allows the Wild Symbol to appear on the Reels at any time during the game;
- risk game is a round in which the Player can risk his/her Win (Prize) in order to multiply it. In some Slots the Risk game offers the Player to guess a card, in others the Player has to guess the time of the day, the color of the field, and so on;
- cascading symbols — when winning combinations occur, the winning symbols disappear. The symbols from above cascade down from the top into the empty spaces. This feature allows the Player to get several Wins (Prizes) in one spin.

Additional Information.

- Volatility is the ratio of the size of Wins (Prizes) to the frequency of their occurrence in the Slot. Low volatility means that small Wins (Prizes) often fall out in the Gambling Game. The high volatility indicates that the Slot's payout rate is lower, but its prizes are much larger. It's up to you whether you want to win often but little, or rarely but a lot.
- Frequency of Wins is an alternative way to measure volatility. For example, if the Slot's payout rate is 20%, then out of 10 spins, 2 spins will be winning ones. Please note that in this case, the lower the frequency of wins, the higher the average payout of the Slot.
- Slot RTP (return to player/return percentage or return rate) is the percentage of money that the game pays out to Players at random out of the total amount they have invested in that Gambling Game. The average RTP for Slots is between 95% and 99%.

3. THE PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF BETTING
3.1. The Player places bets from the Game balance in order to participate in the game with the probability of winning or losing. The odds of a win may be displayed in the menu of each Gambling Game on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.2. To place a bet, the Player selects the desired bet amount authorized by the Gambling Game and then activates the Gambling Game mechanism.
3.3. Bets may only be placed before the start of a round or before the Gambling Game mechanism is activated.
3.4. It is not possible to cancel a bet while a round is in progress or while the game mechanism is operating.
3.5. Modification of the bet in order to increase it is possible in those Gambling Games whose features explicitly provide for the described option.
3.6. The Player may not place a bet that exceeds the available electronic money substitutes available in the Game balance.
3.7. The placed bet does not guarantee the receipt of the Win (Prize). When placing a bet, the Player has to understand the possibility of losing the bet.
3.8. Breaking the rules of betting in the Gambling Game is a direct violation of the Rules and will result in the cancellation of the bet and the probable receipt of the Win (Prize). Deliberate violation of the rules of betting in the game is the reason for blocking the access to the Client’s Account/participation in the Gambling Games by the Administrators of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.9. Issues of determining the procedure and terms of betting, which are not specified in the Rules, are determined in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

4. THE PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT (ISSUE) OF WINS (PRIZES)
4.1. The Win (Prize) is defined as the receipt of such a combination of game symbols by the Player during a round of the Gambling Game, which in accordance with the description of the Gambling Game is a winning one. Winning combinations are listed in the description of the particular Gambling Game.
4.2. The Win (Prize) in the Gambling Game will be automatically credited after the winning combination is displayed.
4.3. The amount of the Win (Prize) depends on the amount of the bet placed by the Player in accordance with the types of bets and odds of winning.
4.4. The odds of winning in a Gambling Game may be displayed in the menu (interface) of each game individually.
4.5. Issues of determining the procedure and terms of payment (issue) of Wins (Prizes), which are not specified in the Rules, are determined in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES DURING THE GAMBLING GAME5.1. The Player has the right to:
5.1.1. play Gambling Games in accordance with the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and other rules of the Organizer posted on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.1.2. get acquainted with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, the Rules of Participation and the Rules;
5.1.3. get Wins (Prizes) pursuant to the procedure and within the terms defined by the Rules and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.4. limit his participation in Gambling Games by self-limitation in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.5. stop playing Gambling Games in case of disagreement with changes to the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.6. receive payments of funds in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.7. request the Company to correct or delete the Player's personal data or to object to such data processing;
5.1.8. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.2. The Player is obliged to:
5.2.1. read the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer before participating in the Gambling Game;
5.2.2. strictly comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and not allow their violation and fraudulent actions on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.2.3. participate in the Gambling Game in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.2.4. comply with the legal requirements of the Company;
5.2.5. neither hack, nor attempt to hack and/or gain access to, nor otherwise bypass the Company's security system;
5.2.6. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.3. The Company has the right to:
5.3.1. amend, edit and update any terms of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer for a number of reasons, including commercial and legal (in accordance with the new regulations of the Laws of Ukraine);
5.3.2. request proof of age at any stage of the Gambling Game;
5.3.3. prevent persons who have not passed the identification procedure (verification, data confirmation) on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application from participating in the Gambling Game;
5.3.4. refuse to accept funds from third parties, including but not limited to friends, relatives, partners and/or spouses;
5.3.5. verify the bets placed by the Player;
5.3.6. stop the Gambling Game and not allow the Player to the Gambling Game in case of violation of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine on Gambling;
5.3.7. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.4. The Company is obliged to:
5.4.1. carry out its activities in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.2. comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer posted by the Company on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.4.3. pay the Win (Prize) in full and in due time in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer within the term stipulated by these documents, except for the cases defined by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.4. provide Players with information about the activities of organizations, treatment facilities and/or medical professionals that treat gambling addiction.
5.4.5. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME OF THE "ROULETTE" TYPE

1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS

Roulette is a game whose basic rule is that the Player has to guess the number that will come out.

2. THE PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME
2.1 Roulette consists of a table, a roulette wheel and compartments with numbers from 0 to 36 in different colors for placing bets. The Player has unlimited time to bet. The game does not start until the Player presses the "Spin" button. When the ball is spinning on the roulette wheel, the Player cannot place bets, as bets are closed immediately after the "Spin" button is pressed.
The bet is on the spot where the ball will stop. The Player also needs to choose the amount of the bet for the round. The Player places the bets by selecting a chip of the desired denomination and placing it into the selected sector. Each mouse click places one chip. The Player can bet any number of chips without exceeding the maximum bet limit. Then the Player presses the "Spin" button and the ball starts to spin. If the ball stops on the sector on which the Player has placed a bet, the Player will be paid in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

Types of bets and payout odds

The betting and payout rules of Roulette are as follows:
Straight up. Payout ratio 1:36. For example, if the Player bets ₴5 on the number five and the ball stops on the number five, the Player receives ₴180 in e-money as a Win (Prize).
Split. A bet is placed on two numbers that are in close proximity to each other on the roulette wheel. If either number comes up, the payout is at a ratio of 1 to 18. For example, if the Player bets ₴5 in e-money on Split 2-5 and the number 2 comes up, the Player receives ₴90 in e-money as a Win (Prize).
Corner. A bet is placed on four numbers that are in close proximity to each other on the roulette wheel. If either number comes up, the payout is at a ratio of 1 to 9.
Street. A bet is placed on three numbers that are in the same line on the roulette wheel. Payout ratio 1:11.
Six line. A bet is placed on the six numbers that appear in two rows, one next to the other. Payout ratio 1:6.
Odds bets (bet on a color, parity, value, dozen and column numbers). There is a general rule for all odds bets that is triggered when the number 0 appears. If the number 0 comes up, all odds bets are lost.
Low odds bets. Low odds include Dozen bets (paid at a ratio of 1 to 3) and Column bets (paid at a ratio of 1 to 3).
High odds bets. You can bet on color (red/black, paid at a 1-to-1 ratio), or parity (even/odd, paid at a 1-to-1 ratio).
Win percentage: Can range from 92% and higher depending on the game mechanics in the Roulette game performance conditions specified directly in the Gambling Game menu.

Call bets:

If the Player prefers to guess the part of the wheel on which the ball will fall, it is more convenient to place bets using the "Call bets" sectors. The advantage of this type of bet is that all numbers are covered one at a time, which is the way the numbers are arranged on the roulette wheel.
Tier (small series 5/8). This number range is opposite the number 0. It has a small amount of numbers, and bets on this series are paid at a 1-to-3 ratio.
Orphelins. This zone frames the small series and the large series.
Voazanne (large series 0/2/3). It covers half of the wheel. There is a number 0 in the center of the zone. It is paid depending on the number that comes up at an average ratio of 1 to 1. It contains the "zero spiel" zone.
Zero spiel. The series is much less than Voazanne and centers around the number 0. The strongest number is number 26 where Straight up bets are placed. The series is the opposable to the small series and is located opposite to it.
In Online Roulette, the scoreboard shows Cold and Hot numbers. Hot ones appear more often than cold ones.

3. THE PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF BETTING

3.6. The Player may not place a bet that exceeds the available electronic money substitutes available in the Game balance.
3.7. A placed bet does not guarantee a win. When placing a bet, the Player has to understand the possibility of losing the bet.
3.8. Breaking the rules of betting in the Gambling Game is a direct violation of the Rules and will result in the cancellation of the bet and the probable receipt of the Win (Prize). Deliberate violation of the rules of betting in the game is the reason for blocking the access to the Client’s Account/participation in the Gambling Games by the Administrators of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.9. Issues of determining the procedure and terms of betting, which are not specified in the Rules, are determined in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.1.5. stop playing Gambling Games in case of disagreement with changes to the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.6. receive payments of funds in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.7. request the Company to correct or delete the Player's personal data or to object to such data processing;
5.1.8. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.2. The Player is obliged to:
5.2.1. read the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer before participating in the Gambling Game;
5.2.2. strictly comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and not allow their violation and fraudulent actions on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.2.3. participate in the Gambling Game in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.2.4. comply with the legal requirements of the Company;
5.2.5. neither hack, nor attempt to hack and/or gain access to, nor otherwise bypass the Company's security system.
5.2.6. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.3. The Company has the right to:
5.3.1. amend, edit and update any terms of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer for a number of reasons, including commercial and legal (in accordance with the new regulations of the Laws of Ukraine);
5.3.2. request proof of age at any stage of the Gambling Game;
5.3.3. prevent persons who have not passed the identification procedure (verification, data confirmation) on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application from participating in the Gambling Game;
5.3.4. refuse to accept funds from third parties, including but not limited to friends, relatives, partners and/or spouses;
5.3.5. verify the bets placed by the Player;
5.3.6. stop the Gambling Game and not allow the Player to the Gambling Game in case of violation of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine on Gambling.

1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS

Baccarat is a card Gambling Game. The object of the game is to get as many points as possible using two or three cards.

2. THE PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME
2.1. The Gambling Game is played as follows:
There are two people involved in the game: the Banker (Dealer) and the Player. The Player places a bet in a Gambling Game and chooses whether to play for him/herself, for a Tie or for the Banker. The selection is made by placing chips in the appropriate sector. The winner is the Player who gets a combination of cards with a total of 9 points or as close to 9 as possible.
When bets are placed, the Banker and the Player are dealt two cards each. If the Player scores 5 points, another card is dealt to him/her. Next, the Banker is also dealt another card in case he/she has less than 4 points in hand. Otherwise, neither the Banker nor the Player are dealt a third card.
Cards two through nine are worth their face value. An ace is worth one point. The rest of the cards have no value and are worth 0 points. If the total score is greater than 10, 10 is subtracted from it (for example, if two nines appear, the total score is 9 + 9 - 10 = 8).
A combination of cards that scores 9 points is called Natural. If a combination of cards scores 8 points, it is also called Natural and is considered successful. If the Player only holds cards of no value (face cards or tens, point total is 0), this combination of cards is called Baccarat.

2.2. Gambling Game Management.

It should be noted that each Gambling Game has a control panel that allows the Player to adjust the bet amount.

5.1.4. limit his participation in Gambling Games by self-limitation in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;

5.1.7. request the Company to correct or delete the Player's personal data or to object to such data processing;

5.4. The Company is obliged to:
5.4.1. carry out its activities in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.2. comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer posted by the Company on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.4.3. pay the Win (Prize) in full and in due time in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer within the term stipulated by these documents, except for the cases defined by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.4. provide Players with information about the activities of organizations, treatment facilities and/or medical professionals that treat gambling addiction;
5.4.5. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS

Blackjack is a card Gambling Game in which the main objective is to arrange cards in such a way that the total is as close to 21 as possible (but not more than 21).

2. THE PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME
2.1. The main objective of the Blackjack Gambling Game is to arrange cards for a total that is as close to 21 as possible (but not more than 21). A total of 21 is the most ideal number. If the Player scores even one point more, he/she loses.
The Player's point total must be higher than the Dealer's, or the Dealer must overcall (have a point total higher than 21). If the Player and Dealer have the same number of points, the round ends in a Tie (Stay). In such a case, the Player neither wins nor loses. Only any "Ten" or senior card (Jack – J, Queen – Q, King – K) paired with an Ace can achieve victory on a set of cards totaling 21 points. This combination is called Blackjack and is the oldest combination in the Gambling Game.
It should be noted that each card in the Gambling Game has its own value. Cards from two to ten have a similar denomination displayed on such cards. A "Two" card is worth two points, a "Three" card is worth three points, and so on. The cards J, Q and K are worth 10 points. 5.2.4. fulfill legal requirements of the Company;
5.2.5. not to hack, try to hack and/or get access to, or otherwise bypass the Company's security system;
5.2.6. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.3. The Company has the right to:
5.3.1. change, edit, and update any paragraphs of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer for various reasons, including commercial and legal (in accordance with the new norms of the Laws of Ukraine);
5.3.2. require documentary proof of the Player's age at any stage of the gambling;
5.3.3. not to allow to participate in the Gambling Game Players who have not passed the identification procedure (verification, data verification) on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.3.4. not to accept funds from third parties on the Player's side, including but not limited to friends, relatives, partners and/or their spouses;
5.3.5. check the bets placed by the Player;
5.3.6. stop the Gambling Game and not allow the Player to participate in the Gambling Game in case of violation of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the Applicable Laws of Ukraine regulating Gambling;
5.3.7. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.4. The Company is obliged to:
5.4.1. run its activities in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.2. follow the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, published on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.4.3. pay the Win (Prize) timely and fully in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer within the period specified in these documents, except for cases determined by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.4.4. provide the Players with information about the activities of organizations, healthcare institutions and (or) healthcare professionals treating gambling addiction.
5.4.5. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME OF THE “SIC BO” TYPE

1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS

Sic Bo is a Gambling Game in a casino where three dice are thrown and the Player bets on the result of the roll. The winning odds are generated using a random number generator.

2. THE PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME
2.1. The Player has the right to make bets with electronic money substitutes on any field of the gaming table and initiate the beginning of the Gambling Game by pressing the "Play" button. The main aim of the Gambling Game is to bet on the result of three dice.
2.2. The Player has the right to place several bets of different value on one roll of the dice.

- duo/pair — bet on two different numbers that must be on at least two of the three dice — win 5 : 1;
- single — bet on a specific number that must be on one, two or all three dice:

- number appears on 2 out of 3 cubes — win 2 : 1;
- number appears on 3 out of 3 dice — win 3 : 1.

3. THE PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF BETTING
3.1. The Player places bets from the Game balance in order to participate in the game with the probability of winning or losing. The odds of a win are displayed in the menu of each Gambling Game on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.2. To place a bet, the Player selects the desired and allowed by the Gambling Game amount of bet, and then activates the mechanism of the Gambling Game.
3.3. Betting is possible only before the beginning of the round or activation of the mechanism of the game.
3.4. The bet cannot be canceled after the activation of the mechanism of the Gambling Game.

3.8. Breaking the rules of betting in the Gambling Game is a direct violation of the Rules and will result in the cancellation of the bet and the probable receipt of the Win (Prize). Deliberate violation of the rules of betting in the game is the reason for blocking the access to the Client’s Account/participation in the Gambling Games by the Administrators of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.9. The procedure and terms of betting, which are not defined by the Rules, are determined in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

4. THE PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT (ISSUE) OF WINS (PRIZES)
4.1. The Win (Prize) is getting such a combination during the round of the Gambling Game by the Player, which according to the description of the Gambling Game is a winning combination. Winning combinations are specified in the description of the corresponding Gambling Game.
4.2. The Win (Prize) in the Gambling Game is automatically credited after finding a winning combination.
4.3. The amount of the Win (Prize) depends on the sum of the bet made by the Player in accordance with the types of bets and odds of winning given above.
4.4. The chances of winning in the Gambling Game can be specified in the menu (interface) of each game separately.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES DURING THE GAMBLING GAME
5.1. The Player has the right to:
5.1.1. play Gambling Games in accordance with the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and other rules of the Organizer posted on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.1.2. get acquainted with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, the Rules of Participation and the Rules;
5.1.3. get Wins (Prizes) pursuant to the procedure and within the terms defined by the Rules and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.4. limit his participation in Gambling Games by self-limitation in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.5. stop playing Gambling Games in case of disagreement with changes to the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.6. receive payments of funds in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer;
5.1.7. request the Company to correct or delete the Player's personal data or to object to such data processing;
5.1.8. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.2. The Player is obliged to:
5.2.1. read the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer before participating in the Gambling Game;
5.2.2. strictly comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and not allow their violation and fraudulent actions on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
5.2.3. participate in the Gambling Game in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the requirements of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
5.2.4. comply with the legal requirements of the Company;
5.2.5. neither hack, nor attempt to hack and/or gain access to, nor otherwise bypass the Company's security system.
5.2.6. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

5.3. The Company has the right to:
5.3.1. amend, edit and update any terms of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer for a number of reasons, including commercial and legal (in accordance with the new regulations of the Laws of Ukraine);
5.3.2. request proof of age at any stage of the Gambling Game;
5.3.3. prevent persons who have not passed the identification procedure (verification, data confirmation) on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application from participating in the Gambling Game;
5.3.4. refuse to accept funds from third parties, including but not limited to friends, relatives, partners and/or spouses;
5.3.5. verify the bets placed by the Player;
5.3.6. stop the Gambling Game and not allow the Player to the Gambling Game in case of violation of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine on Gambling.
5.3.7. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN A GAMBLING GAME OF THE “LIVE CASINO” TYPE

Gambling Games with a live Dealer online run mostly according to the same rules as in similar Gambling Games on slot machines such as roulette and cards (including the «Dragon Tiger» type of Gambling Games). The Dealer announces specific features of the rules of the Gambling Game additionally.

4.2.6. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

4.3. The Company has the right to:

4.3.6. stop the Gambling Game and not allow the Player to the Gambling Game in case of violation of the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and regulations of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine on Gambling;
4.3.7. use other rights established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.

4.4. The Company is obliged to:
4.4.1. carry out its activities in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
4.4.2. comply with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer posted by the Company on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application;
4.4.3. pay the Win (Prize) in full and in due time in accordance with the Rules, the Rules of Participation, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer within the term stipulated by these documents, except for the cases defined by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
4.4.4. provide Players with information about the activities of organizations, treatment facilities and/or medical professionals that treat gambling addiction;
4.4.5. fulfill other obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
