OFFICIAL RULES OF THE “LEADERBOARD SUPERGRA” PROMOTION
"NATIVE APPS" LLC in accordance with the approved version of these Official Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) conducts the "LEADERBOARD SUPERGRA" promotion (hereinafter — the Promotion) with the aim of increasing player loyalty, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the image of the Promotion Organizer.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS AND CONCEPTS.

Organizer — LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NATIVE APPS, EDRPOU code 43488489, registered office address: Ukraine, 04215, Kyiv, Svitlytskoho street, building 35, office 108/4, license for organizing and conducting Online Casino Gambling — issued on December 22, 2022, valid for 5 years (decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries № 434 dated December 13, 2022).
Day — a period of time within an astronomical day from 00 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds to 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds according to Kyiv time.
Cycle — a period of time within 28 Days, which begins at 00 hours 00 minutes 01 seconds of the first Day and ends at 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds of the twenty-eighth calendar Day inclusive.
Promotion territory — the Promotion is held on the website for organizing and conducting Online Casino Gambling of "NATIVE APPS" LLC https://supergra.ua and in the SuperGra Mobile Application, on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and the zone of hostilities.
Promotion period — from June 5, 2026, to June 4, 2027.
SuperGra Mobile Application — various software designed to function on mobile devices with different operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.), using which the Player can access the tools and functionality of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application from a mobile device.
Registration on the SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application — creating a Client Account (account in a profile). Only persons who have reached the age of 21 are allowed to register. It is mandatory to fill in a form on the website https://supergra.ua (hereinafter — Organizer's Portal) and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application, which contains personal information. It is necessary to enter a personal valid email address or personal valid mobile phone number. It is also required to enter a password, which the Player uses to access the Client Account in the manner provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, available on the SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application. Entering false data may be regarded as fraud. One individual can create only one Client Account (one account in a profile). In case of violation of the rule of creating one Client Account, multiple accounts will be subject to blocking.
Verification — the process of confirming the Player's identity in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, which are available on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Player (Participant) — an individual who, at the time of registration on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and at the time of participation in the game, has reached the age of 21, has full legal capacity, and for whom there is no information in the Register of persons whose access to gambling establishments and/or participation in Gambling is restricted, who is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other intoxication, who has not been deemed undesirable by the Organizer, who has no other restrictions in accordance with the applicable Laws of Ukraine and/or the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS (hereinafter — the Rules of the Gambling Organizer), and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, and/or the Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the AML/KYC Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, and/or Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, at their own request participates in Gambling on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, has entered into a Public Offer Agreement on participation in Gambling with the Organizer and is unconditionally consistent with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Rules of Casino Gambling, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, the Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS.
The Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the AML/KYC-Policy of Online Casino Gambling, Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, a Public Offer Agreement on participation in gambling are displayed on the Organizer’s SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Gambling Game — any game that requires the Player to place a bet that gives them the right to receive a prize, the probability and size of which depend wholly or partially on chance, as well as the knowledge and skill of the Player.
Gaming Equipment — the online system of the Gambling Organizer.
Slot — a Gambling Game where the Player spins a reel and/or reels with different symbols by pressing a button. The Player wins if identical symbols on the reels line up as variants for Paylines (classic slots with fixed reels) and/or identical symbols are placed regardless of the row and form winning combinations, disappear, and are replaced by the following symbols that can create new winning combinations (avalanche or cascade Slots).
Spin — one rotation of the reel of the Slot and/or other Gambling Games. During a Gambling Game, after making a Spin, it is possible to receive an additional Spin (hereinafter referred to as a Super spin). All Super spins received in a Gambling Game while making one Spin are subject to crediting and accounting on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application as one Spin in all promotional offers of the Organizer.
Game balance — the amount of electronic money substitutes within which the Player has the right to place bets in Gambling Games or initiate the payout of winnings (prizes) or the refund of funds replenished for participation in Gambling Games. The minimum and maximum amounts for replenished funds are determined by the Organizer, taking into account the payment instrument selected by the Player.
Game balance replenishment — replenishment of funds by the Player into the Organizer's account to increase their Game balance. During the game balance replenishment, funds are exchanged for electronic money substitutes.
Client Account — a part of the Organizer's online system that provides the Player with complete information about their actions, agreements made with the Organizer, Game balance, as well as information necessary for the Player's identification. The methods for replenishing the Game balance are specified in these Rules and also published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application. 
Offer balance — a part of the Game balance where Offers are credited after their activation by the Player, as well as winnings received with the help of Offers. Electronic money substitutes (in case of the absence of the Wagering condition) received as Offers can be used from the Game balance for further participation in Gambling Games, as well as to submit requests to the Organizer for the payout of funds to the Player’s verified bank card, and from which the Player replenished funds into the Game balance. 
Offer — an electronic money substitute, Super spin, which the Player receives from the Organizer as a result of fulfilling the conditions of the Promotion posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, is placed in the "Offers" section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, where the Player has the right to activate or refuse the Offer. After activating the Offer, it is credited to the Offer balance of the Player in the form of Super spins or other electronic money substitutes for wagering with or without the Wager (determined by the Organizer in the description of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application).
Super spins — additional Spins. They are provided during the Promotion, the terms of which are specified on the Promotion page with a description. While using Super spins, electronic money substitutes are not withdrawn from the Game or Offer balance. Winnings are calculated based on the nominal bet, the size of which is indicated in the terms of the Promotion during which the Super spins are provided. Subsequently, Super spins can be found on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application in the "Offers" section, where they are subject to activation by the Player and Wagering without a fixed Wager within the timeframe specified by the Organizer.
Wagering — a Gambling Game with electronic money substitutes, received as a win for the fulfillment of the promotional conditions, during which a bet must be placed for the amount of Super spins with or without a Wager (as provided by the Organizer in these Rules). After the Wagering requirements are met, the electronic money substitutes are transferred to the Game balance. 
Wager — a coefficient determined by the Organizer, which may be applied (as a right) by the Organizer within the Promotion as a condition for the Wagering of Super spins under the Promotional terms. 
Random Number Generator (hereinafter — RNG) — a component (device, software module, including remote) of the online system of the Gambling Organizer that, when conducting Gambling using the mentioned system, creates a sequence of unrelated numbers and ensures the random nature of the win (prize).
Personal Data — any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable individual (the subject of personal data) or used to identify such a person. 
Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Organizer's website (hereinafter referred to as the Website/Portal) — a website owned by the Organizer, namely supergra.ua.
Goods prize — a product (item), including, but not limited to, technical devices: a mobile phone, a laptop, a charging station, a tablet, a TV etc. — their list is indicated on the Organizer's Website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

2.1. The Organizer has the right to independently change the conditions and procedure for conducting the Promotion. In this case, information about the changes made is posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The date of entry into force of the changes is independently determined by the Organizer.
2.2. The processing of Personal data is carried out by an employee of the Organizer, who is entrusted with the responsibility for processing personal data by the order of the head.
2.3. Registration and Verification on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application mean that the Player voluntarily provides their personal data to the Organizer and agrees to their processing.
2.4. The Organizer has the right to involve any third parties in the conduct of the Promotion.
2.5. The Organizer has the right to cancel the Promotion at any time or change these Promotion Rules by publishing a new version taking into account clause 2.1. and/or clause 5.6. of these Rules.
2.6. Manufacturers and/or distributors who provide goods and services that may be placed as advertising distribution on the territory of the Promotion are not partners, sponsors, and/or co-organizers of the Promotion.
2.7. Any images on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, advertising and information materials, electronic media, platforms, and other digital and/or information devices, including in the form of signs and/or designations of money, are not instructions and/or documents guaranteeing any types of rights to Players participating in the Promotion.

3. THE PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING THE PROMOTION.

3.1. The Promotion has 2 different parts, namely the Super Leaderboard and the Super Draw, within which the Players have the opportunity to receive prizes. The total number of prize places for the Players within the Promotion is 6 000, namely:
- the prize pool of the Promotion consists of goods prizes and/or Offers of various types and denominations (subject to Wagering without the Wager), which are distributed among the winners of the Promotion according to the prize places of the Promotion. The list of goods prizes from the prize pool of the Promotion may change, and therefore a detailed description of the goods prizes is published by the Organizer on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The appearance of the goods prize, which is depicted and/or specified in the description on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, may differ from the goods prize received by the Player;
- the prize pool of the Promotion in the Super Leaderboard part consists of 30 goods prizes and 51 475 Super spins, which are distributed in the Super Leaderboard part according to the rating among the winners of the Promotion who place bets for each 5 000 UAH (hereinafter referred to as the Leaderboard) and fulfill the terms specified in sub-clauses 3.3 - 3.9 of these Rules;
- the prize pool of the Promotion in the Super Draw consists of 30 goods prizes and 51 475 Super spins, which are distributed among the winners who fulfill one (or both) of the following conditions: place bets for every 300 000 UAH or replenish the Game balance in the total amount of 30 000 UAH (hereinafter — the Draw) and receive chances in accordance with the terms of clause 3.10 of these Rules.
The results of the Leaderboard and the Draw shall be announced to the winners by the Organizer through the Portal and/or the Mobile Application in the Client Account.
3.2. The Prize Pool of the Promotion is formed at the discretion of the Organizer. The qualitative, quantitative, and other, including technical and other characteristics of the Offers, are determined by the Organizer.
The prize pool of each Cycle of the Promotion consists of goods prizes and Super spins.
3.3. Leaderboard prizes are drawn among 3 000 prize places. The prize pool of the Leaderboard includes 30 goods prizes for 30 winners and Super spins for a total amount of 51 475 Super spins for 2 970 winners.
The prize Super spins and/or Offers received by the winners within the Leaderboard can be used on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the following Gambling Games: Sugar Rush Super Scatter, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Jungle Volcano, Coin Dragon, Must Drop JACKPOT 4 Pots of Egypt, Lucky Apple x1000, Sweet Bonanza 2500, Rhino Coins: Hit the Bonus.
3.4. During the Promotion period, all Players are entitled to participate in the Promotion in the Leaderboard part if they place bets for every 5 000 UAH from the Game balance in Gambling Games, placed on the Organizer's Website and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application, except for the list of games specified in clause 3.11 of these Rules, and/or participate in other promotions of the Organizer on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, namely in such promotions as the "Daily Tournament" Promotion, the "Weekly Tournament" Promotion, the "Daily Draw" Promotion, the "Weekly Draw" Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Other Promotions"). In this case, bets placed for Offers are not taken into account when determining the winners. To participate in the Promotion in the Leaderboard part, it is necessary to use electronic money substitutes from the Game balance.
3.5. The Leaderboard of the Promotion includes 3 000 prize places. The prize places of the Leaderboard of the Promotion are distributed among Players according to the number of points (hereinafter — LP).
Players who take from 1st to 4th prize place inclusive in Other promotions, except for the "Weekly Tournament" Promotion (in accordance with their terms), receive from 5 to 2 LP inclusive in descending order, for example, conditionally:
- Player 1, who takes the 1st place in any of the Other Promotions (in accordance with their terms), receives 5 LP;
- Player 2, who takes the 2nd place in any of the Other Promotions (in accordance with their terms), receives 4 LP;
- Player 3, who takes the 3rd place in any of the Other Promotions (in accordance with their terms), receives 3 LP;
- Player 4, who takes the 4th place in any of the Other Promotions (in accordance with their terms),  receives 2 LP. Starting from the 5th place and further (in descending order) in any of the Other Promotions, except for the "Weekly Tournament" (in accordance with their terms), players receive 1 LP each.
In the "Weekly Tournament" Promotion, Players who take 1st to 3rd prize places, inclusive, receive from 5 to 3 LP in descending order, respectively. Players who take 4th to 10th prize places, inclusive, receive 2 LP each. Players starting from the 11th place and further (in descending order) receive 1 LP each.
In addition, Players participating in Gambling Games posted on the Organizer's Website and/or in the SuperGra Mobile Application (except for the Gambling Games specified in clause 3.11 of these Rules) receive 1 LP for bets made from the Game balance, which is equal to a total of 5 000 UAH.
Therefore, Players have different options to participate in this Promotion, receive LP, and take prize places in the Leaderboard, namely: by participating in Other promotions of the Organizer and/or placing bets from the Game balance in Gambling Games, except for the games specified in clause 3.11 of these Rules (subject to the condition of the placed bets, which are equal to a total of 5 000 UAH).
Players who place bets from the Offer balance are not considered to be participants in this Promotion.
3.6. On the last day of each Cycle from the Promotion Period, the Organizer summarizes the results of the Promotion in the Leaderboard part and the results of the Leaderboard by publishing the results of the list of Leaderboard prize places on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The prize places in the Leaderboard are distributed according to the principle of summing up the number of LP of each Player in the Cycle of the Promotion. The first place in the Leaderboard is taken by the Player with the highest number of LP scored during the Promotion Cycle, and the Players with a smaller number of LP take the corresponding prize places in the Leaderboard in descending order.
3.7. The places in the Leaderboard, from the 1st to the 30th prize place, provide for the receipt by the Players of the goods prizes. A list of the Leaderboard prize places (by number and nomenclature), the number of Offers of different types and denominations received by the Players, are published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the "Offers" section.
3.8. The places in the Leaderboard, from the 31st to the 3 000th prize place, provide for the receipt by the Players of the number of Offers of different denominations (subject to Wagering without the Wager). A detailed list of the Leaderboard prize places, the gradation of the number of Offers of different denominations received by the Players, depending on the prize place in the Leaderboard, are published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the "Offers" section.
3.9. In case of equal results of the Players at the end of the Promotion Cycle, such Players will be ranked in the Promotion based on the order in which they collected the largest number of LP per Cycle within this Promotion within the Leaderboard.
3.10. Prizes of the Draw are drawn among 3 000 prize places. The prize pool of the Draw includes 30 goods prizes for 30 winners and Super spins totaling 51 475 Super spins for 2 970 winners. In order to be able to win a prize in the Draw, the player must get a chance. To get 1 chance, it is necessary to do one of the following: 1) place bets for a total amount of 300 000 UAH in Gambling Games on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, except for the Gambling Games specified in clause 3.11 of these Rules; 2) or make a Game balance replenishment of 30 000 UAH; 3) or receive 3 (three) winnings of 10 000 UAH within a week. To participate in the Promotion in the Draw part, the player must use electronic money substitutes from the Game balance. Accordingly, the more chances the Player has, the more likely they are to receive a prize. 
The prize Super spins and/or Offers received by the winners within the Draw can be used on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the following Gambling Games: Gates of Olympus, Sun of Egypt 2, Coin Strike: Hold and Win, 3 Hot Chillies, The Dog House, Diamonds Power: Hold and Win, More Magic Apple, Starlight Princess, Super Sticky Piggy, Book del Sol: Multiplier, Cleocatra.
On the last day of each Cycle of the Promotion Period, the Organizer summarizes the Promotion results in the Draw part and the results of the Draw by publishing the results of the list of prize places of the Draw on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The prize places of the Draw are distributed randomly among the Players who have fulfilled the terms specified in this clause and have been selected by the Organizer using the random selection method with the help of RNG.
3.11. The list of these games can be changed by the Organizer. If the list of gambling games is changed, the Organizer will publish a new version of the Rules of the Promotion on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. 
3.12. At the end of the Cycle, the amount of Players' LP and chances in the Promotion is reset, and the calculation of the amount of Players' LP and chances for the Promotion Cycle, in accordance with the Promotion Rules, starts again in the same way from the beginning of the new Promotion Cycle.
3.13. In addition to the above, on the last day of each Cycle within the Promotion Period, the Organizer conducts the determination among the Players who have taken any of the 6 000 prize places in the Leaderboard and Draw to award 30 goods prizes within the Leaderboard and 30 goods prizes within the Draw. As stated in clause 3.1. of these Rules, the list of goods prizes from the Prize Pool of the Promotion may be changed, and therefore a detailed description is published by the Organizer on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
3.14. To fulfill the terms of clause 3.13 of these Rules, the Organizer randomly selects the winners using the random selection method with the help of RNG, the results of which are automatically informed by the Organizer to the Players (winners) through the Portal in the Player's Client account. 
3.15. The Player (winner), no later than 7 days from the moment of receiving the notification specified in clause 3.14 of these Rules, on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the Client Account, has the right to choose to receive the Offer in the form of electronic money substitutes to the Offer balance (subject to Wagering without the Wager) or exchange the Offer for a goods prize (at a value determined by the Organizer), with subsequent independent submission by the Player through the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application of an electronic application to the Organizer, providing detailed information from the Player for the provision (transfer) of the goods prize by the Organizer. Depending on the choice, the Player automatically confirms that they have chosen to receive the prize (win) in the form of a 100% Offer or a 100% goods prize. Under the terms of the Promotion, it is not possible to receive the win (prize) in the form of a part of the Offer and/or a part of the goods prize.
3.16. If the Player (winner) fails to timely exercise the right and perform the actions specified in clause 3.15 of these Rules, the Organizer cancels the result of the Leaderboard and the Draw for the Player (winner), and the Player no longer has the right to claim and/or demand from the Organizer the right to receive the Offer and/or goods prize under this Promotion.
3.17. The Organizer stipulates that all Offers received by the Players in accordance with these Rules have an activation period of 7 days in the "Offers" section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. After the expiration of the specified period, such Offers are canceled, cannot be restored or credited, and the Players who have not activated the Offers do not have the right to have them restored or credited by the Organizer.
3.18. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge. Replenishing funds by the Player into the Game balance/placing a bet by the Player in Gambling Games does not constitute a fee for participation in the Promotion. Electronic money substitutes (which have been credited to the Game balance) remain at the disposal of the Player, and the Player decides solely how to use such electronic money substitutes (in particular, whether to place bets in Gambling Games on the Portal/Mobile Application). The prize pool is formed at the expense of the Organizer's profit.
3.19. The Organizer guarantees objectivity in determining the 6 000 Players who receive Offers according to the terms of the Promotion, as well as the Players (winners) who are entitled to receive the Offer and/or exchange the Offer for a goods prize in this Promotion. The Organizer's decision is final and cannot be appealed. The method of delivering the goods prize is chosen by the Player (winner) from the available options when submitting an electronic application in accordance with clause 3.15 of these Rules. Further communication between the Player and the Organizer may be conducted using email, phone, or any other method not prohibited by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine.
3.20. Taxation of individuals who have received the Offer is carried out in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine at the time of payout of winnings by the Organizer. The payout means the financial operation of transferring funds to the Player's bank account. This means that the income specified in this clause is subject to final taxation upon payout by the individuals receiving the Offer.
3.21. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the future use of the Offer and for the inability to use it for any reason.
3.22. In accordance with sub-clause 170.6.3. of clause 170.6 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case a taxpayer — Player (Promotion Participant) — receives income in the form of winnings and prizes other than the lottery win (prize), taxation of such income is carried out in the general manner established by this Code for income that is finally taxed at the time of its crediting at the rate specified in the paragraph of first clause 167.1 of Article 167 of this Code. Therefore, personal income tax and a military fee are imposed on the total amount of such winnings (prizes), the amounts of which are determined by the Tax Code of Ukraine.
3.23. By participating in the Promotion, the Player, who, according to the results of the Promotion, has taken the 1st prize place and received the right to choose a goods prize, used it and subsequently independently submitted an electronic application to the Organizer through the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application with detailed information on the transfer (provision) of the goods prize, expresses and provides unconditional consent to the Organizer for sending the goods prize using postal services/delivery services/courier services of third parties (legal entities and/or individual entrepreneurs and/or individuals), as well as after the legal formalization by the Organizer with a third party regarding the delivery/receipt of the goods prize for the Player, unequivocally and unconditionally confirms that such actions of the Organizer are considered the fact of transfer (provision) of the goods prize by the Organizer to the Player. In this case, the Organizer is not responsible for any damage, destruction, loss of the goods prize from the moment of receipt of the goods prize by the aforementioned third party, during transportation and/or at the time of delivery and reception directly by the Player, and/or regarding the future use of the goods prize, and/or the inability to use it by the Player for any reason.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER.

4.1. Only individuals, who, according to the Applicable Laws of Ukraine, have the right to participate in the Promotion and meet the definition that is specified in the meaning of the term "Player", under Section 1 of these Promotion Rules, who, according to the Applicable Laws of Ukraine, have access to Online Casino Gambling and who have no gambling addiction (ludomania) or restrictions on participation in Gambling, may participate in the Promotion.
4.2. The Organizer's employees, affiliates, and members of their families are not considered participants in the Promotion and have no right to participate in it.
4.3. Participants (Players) have the rights and obligations established by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and these Promotion Rules. 
4.4. When participating in the Promotion, the Participant (Player) undertakes to:
4.4.1. comply with the requirements of these Rules and norms of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine;
4.4.2. comply with other requirements that may be established by the Organizer of the Promotion;
4.4.3. at the request of the Organizer's employees, provide complete, correct, and accurate information about themselves and their actions on the Promotion Organizer's website;
4.4.4. not to deliberately cause inconvenience or obstruct other Promotion Participants (Players);
4.4.5. not to take any actions that call into question the legitimacy of their participation in the Promotion and participation of other Participants (Players) in the Promotion;
4.4.6. provide documents to confirm the identity of the Promotion Participant (Player) at the request of the Promotion Organizer. In case of failure to provide documents to confirm the identity, the Organizer has the right to restrict the person's participation in the Promotion; 
4.4.7. notify the Promotion Organizer of any deviations from these Promotion Rules or technical errors that occurred during the Promotion and led to incorrect crediting, use of Super spins by the Promotion Participant, etc.
4.5. In addition to clause 4.4. of these Rules, the Players must familiarize themselves with all clauses of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling, and the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, and/or Privacy Policy of the Organizer, and/or AML/KYC Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, Public Offer Agreement to participate in Gambling with the Organizer, and/or Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling and by replenishing the Game balance, unconditionally agree to the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gambling, Privacy Policy of the Organizer and/or Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, the conditions of crediting Super spins for activation on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and these Promotion Rules. If the Players do not agree with the terms of the Promotion, they have the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion. Awareness of the randomness of the game results and the risk of losing is essential.
4.6. By making Spins on bets according to these Promotion Rules, Players automatically agree and accept the Promotion Terms and these Promotion Rules and the terms and accompanying regulations containing documents published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, as well as allow publishing their client ID for any purpose related to these Promotion Rules.
4.7. In case of disagreement with any clause of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the terms and/or the Rules of the Promotion, it is necessary to stop using the services of the Organizer.
4.8. Players are solely responsible for the safety and inaccessibility of third parties to the password and Client Account on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
4.9. Players always have the right to cancel any Offers, either one of them or all of those already granted. Offers can be canceled at any time if having a balance on the Offer balance. The Player can do it independently in the "Offers" section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or the Mobile Application by clicking the "Cancel" button. Also, to cancel/deactivate the Offer, the Player can contact the support service at [email protected].
4.10. In case the payout of funds from the Game balance is before the Wagering requirements are fulfilled, such an Offer and all winnings on it will be automatically zeroed. Players can always check the status of the activated Offer and the progress of Wagering it in their Client Account.4.11. A Participant of the Promotion (Player) who does not agree with the terms of these Promotion Rules and/or refuses to provide consent to process personal data, and/or does not comply/does not properly comply with the terms of these Rules, is deprived of the right to participate further in the Promotion.
4.12. It is strictly forbidden to abuse the postponement of any game rounds, including additional spins (super spins) or additional games during the game with the Offer/Offers in order to save additional rounds, Offers, or other gaming opportunities, if such actions result in or may result in circumventing, avoiding, or distorting the fulfillment of the Wagering Requirements (Wager).  
Any postponed rounds, Offers and additional games,  used in violation of this section of the Rules shall be considered fraudulent acts, abuse of promotional mechanics, and a violation of the Promotion and Gambling Rules.
If such a violation is detected, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally:
- cancel all Winnings, all Offers, etc., received by the Player as a result of the postponed rounds;
- assign the Player the status of "Unwanted Player" and restrict their access to the Organizer’s Promotional Offers.
Bets placed by the Player during the Promotion period in violation of the requirements of this section of the Rules will not be refunded in the event of the cancellation of Winnings.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER.

5.1. The Organizer has the right to refuse to credit the Player with Offers, Super spins, or give out goods prizes in case of establishing the fact of non-compliance with the provisions of these Promotion Rules. 
5.2 The Organizer is obliged to provide the Player with information on the Promotion Rules.
5.3 The Organizer is not responsible for the false interpretation of the Rules and non-compliance with the Promotion Rules.
5.4 The Organizer is not responsible for the illegal use of gaming services of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
5.5. The Organizer has the right to review and analyze all transaction records for any reason at any time. If any facts that can be considered malicious are revealed, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend participation in the Promotion or completely refuse further service to the Player.
5.6. The Organizer, taking into account clause 2.1. of these Rules, has the right to change the terms of the Promotion or cancel it at any time. In this case, information about the change of the Promotion and/or canceling the Promotion is posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. In such a case, the Player undertakes to track all changes to the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and does not require additional notification in any other form and/or manner. Participating in the Promotion automatically confirms their agreement with this clause of the Rules.
5.7. The Organizer has the right to cancel winnings, prizes, Super spins, other offers, in case it appears that the Player used a special program, intended to deceive the Organizer, or played in collusion with another Player. Regarding all requests for the payout of funds, on which the Player was paid funds or given goods prizes, taking into account the circumstances and conditions of this clause of the Rules, the Player undertakes to return such funds to the Organizer within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of receipt of written notice from the Organizer. In case of non-return of funds or goods prizes received under this clause of the Rules, the Organizer has the right to take all legal measures provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the applicable Laws of Ukraine.
5.8. If the Player uses funds from the Offer balance received as a result of participating in the Promotion to abuse postponed rounds and/or violate the wagering requirements of the Offer by placing bets exceeding 100 UAH, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel any winnings credited to the Game balance.

6. PERSONAL DATA.

6.1. By participating in the Promotion, each Player confirms their consent to the processing, storage, cross-border transfer of personal data, provided photo images and the use of personal information provided by them and any other information by the Organizer of the Promotion for informational, marketing and/or any other purpose and methods that do not violate the Applicable Laws of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data"), grants the right to the free use of their name, surname, photo, interview, or other materials about them for the announcement of the results of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application for informational, marketing purposes, including the right to publish (including their name, photo) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials on the Internet, interviews in case of winning any prizes of the Promotion, as well as for the transmission of information, messages (including informational ones), etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, and such use is not compensated by the Organizer or partners of the Promotion in any way. The provision of such consent is considered in accordance with the provisions of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". 
6.2. From the moment of accepting the terms of these Rules by taking actions that indicate participation in the Promotion, the consent to the terms of the Rules and consent to the processing of personal data is considered to be provided by the Players participating in the Promotion. 
6.3. Participation in the Promotion automatically confirms familiarization with the rights as a subject of personal data provided in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", which states that the subject of personal data has the right to: 1) know about the sources of data collection, the location of their personal data, the purposes of their processing, the location or residence (presence) of the owner or controller of personal data or give an appropriate instructions to authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law; 2) receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred; 3) have access to their personal data; 4) receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as otherwise provided by law, a response as to whether their personal data is processed, as well as receive information about the content of such personal data; 5) present a substantiated demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data; 6) present a substantiated demand to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data, if this data is processed unlawfully or inaccurately; 7) protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, non-disclosure, or untimely disclosure, as well as protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of the individual; 8) lodge complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Authorized Body or in court; 9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data; 10) make reservations regarding restricting the right to process their personal data when giving consent; 11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; 12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data; 13) protect against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them. 
6.4. The Organizer is the owner of all personal data provided by the Players participating in the Promotion. The Organizer retains the specified personal data for the period established by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS.

7.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Player unconditionally agrees that by choosing to receive a goods prize (win) taking into account clause 3.15 and clause 3.16 of these Rules, the Organizer can provide the Player with the goods prize (win) via one of the ways:
7.1.1. by parcel with an indication in the consignment note (or other shipping documents) of the surname, first name, patronymic of the Player-recipient (winner), other details and/or information (branch number, address, phone number, etc.) provided by the Player-recipient (winner) to the Organizer at the Organizer's email address [email protected].
7.1.2. by courier delivery with an indication in the consignment note (or other shipping documents) of the surname, first name, patronymic of the Player-recipient (winner), other details and/or information (branch number, address, phone number, etc.) provided by the Player-recipient (winner) to the Organizer at the Organizer's email address [email protected].
7.1.3. by handing it personally to the Player (winner) or the authorized representative of the Player (winner) with confirmation of the right to receive the goods prize (win) on behalf of the Player (winner), which is confirmed by an order (power of attorney). The fact of accepting the goods prize (win) in this case is signing the act of accepting the goods prize (win) by the authorized representative of the Organizer, the Player (winner), and/or the authorized representative of the Player (winner).
7.2. In case the Player (winner) is unable to receive the prize (win) via one of the methods described in clause 7.1 of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to provide the Player with an Offer (without the Wagering requirement with the Wager), which the Player (winner) can activate in the "Offers" section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application during the period of validity of such Offer.
7.3. In accordance with sub-clause 7.1.1 and sub-clause 7.1.2 of these Rules, the goods prize (win) can be delivered to the Player (winner) by postal operators and/or courier service on the territory of Ukraine, where such services are provided by the postal operators and/or courier service, excluding the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and/or territories of Ukraine where military operations are conducted.
7.4. Taking into account sub-clause 7.1.3 of these Rules, the goods prize (win) may be delivered to the Player (winner) or their authorized person at the Organizer's location address or the address informed to the Organizer by telephone, email, and/or other ways/means not prohibited by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine.
7.5. By participating in the Promotion, the Player (winner) unconditionally agrees that the Organizer may change the goods prize (win) to another among the goods prizes that form the prize pool of the Promotion, by agreement between the Organizer and the Player on such change of the goods prize (win).
7.6. The Organizer has the right to provide the Player (winner) with an Offer (without the Wagering requirement with the Wager) equivalent to the value of the goods prize (win), in case of the absence of the goods prize (win) in the prize pool of the Promotion at the time of winning by the Player (winner) and/or absence of the prize available for purchase by the Organizer from the suppliers.
7.7. The procedure for the identification, verification (data establishment) of the Player is carried out in accordance with the procedure specified in the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
7.8. Prize Super spins, Promotion prizes are available exclusively for a single Client Account owned by the Player. The Organizer has the right to check for violations at any time. If a violation or suspected violation is detected due to repeated registrations, the Organizer can reset the Offer balance and the proper winnings.
7.9. The Game balance replenishment is possible with payment methods specified on/in the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the “Cashbox” section — “Game balance replenishment”. The Player is prohibited from playing on credit either with deferred payment or with subsequent payment, except for paying the bet with credit or debit cards if there is a payment authorization. When replenishing the Game balance using electronic means, the User will be redirected to the payment page of the bank/non-bank financial institution/payment institution, which is protected according to the rules of the international payment systems VISA and Mastercard. Cash funds are not accepted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The Organizer has the right to use the technical capabilities of third-party organizations to process payout transactions made by the Player. Also, with the help of third-party systems, payouts of funds in favor of the Player can be processed. 7.10. Payouts of funds to Players are made in non-cash form through the accounting of transactions in the Organizer's online system, taking into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities for the Organization and Conduct of Gambling" dated July 14, 2020 No. 768-IX and the Law of Ukraine "On Preventing and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" dated December 06, 2019 No. 361-IX and conditions stipulated by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
7.11. The Organizer, as well as third parties involved by them (in case of such involvement), are not responsible for any technical failures in the operation of the Internet/mobile network, as well as other technical malfunctions that arise due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.
7.12. In case of any technical errors, failures, errors in crediting, transferring Offers, winnings, prizes, or incorrect mechanism of their use by the Participant of the Promotion, the Organizer of the Promotion has the right to cancel the credited prizes, winnings, electronic money substitutes, Offers, etc. If the Player created a request for the payout of money received on the Client Account after the crediting of prizes, winnings, electronic money substitutes, or Offers, based on the circumstances specified in this clause of the Rules, the Player must return such money to the Organizer within 7 (seven) bank days from the date of receiving written notification from the Organizer. In case the money received under this clause of the Rules is not returned, the Organizer has the right to take all legal measures provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the Applicable Laws of Ukraine.
7.13. While participating in the Promotion, the Player is prohibited from: 
7.13.1. playing using multiple browser windows and/or multiple devices simultaneously;
7.13.2. performing any actions that show signs of abuse of promotional mechanics, the Promotion rules, the functionality of the Organizer’s Portal and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application, including through the use of bets aimed at obtaining an undue advantage, including but not limited to:
- placing interrelated, opposite, mutually exclusive, or game risk-neutralizing bets;
- placing single or serial bets on opposite events in order to minimize risks and/or artificially generate promotional progress;
- using any technical features or specifics of the Organizer's Portal and/or SuperGra Mobile Application in order to influence, distort, or manipulate the results of participation in the Promotion.
7.14. In the event of a violation of the requirements of clause 7.13 of these Rules, the Organizer has the unilateral right to:
- annul the results of the Player’s participation in the Promotion and cancel the accrual or receipt of all Promotional winnings and any Promotional progress, as well as all Offers and/or goods prizes specified in clause 3.1 of these Rules, received by the Player during the Promotion participation period in violation of the requirements of clause 7.13 of these Rules;
- restrict or prohibit such Player’s further participation in the Promotion;
- assign the Player the status of a Player with limited access to the Organizer’s Promotional Offers.
The specified measures shall apply exclusively within the Promotion and shall not entail the blocking of the Client Account and/or access to the Client Account, unless otherwise expressly provided for by these Rules or applicable laws of Ukraine. Bets placed by the Player during participation in the Promotion in violation of the requirements of clause 7.13 of these Rules shall not be refunded in the event of the annulment of winnings.
7.15. The Organizer as well as the third parties involved in the Promotion (in case of involvement) are not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any character, blockades, significant changes in legislation, which is valid in the territory of Promotion, other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control as well as the involved third parties (in case of involvement), which make it impossible to participate in the Promotion.
7.16. In case of any situation that involves an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer makes the final decision on such issues. Such a decision is based on the applicable Laws of Ukraine, is final, and is not subject to appeal.
7.17. These Rules have been developed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS (hereinafter — the Rules of the Gambling Organizer) and the Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of Online Casino Gambling. In case of any questions not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the applicable laws of Ukraine, the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, and the Organizer's Promotion Policy Terms and Conditions shall apply. Concepts and definitions used in these Promotion Rules refer only to the Promotion held under these Rules.
7.18. These Rules are written in English and are valid on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application for the Period of the Promotion or until a new version of the Promotion Rules is approved.
