OFFICIAL RULES OF THE
"PROMOTION FOR INSTALLING THE APP"

"NATIVE APPS" LLC in accordance with the approved version of these Official Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) conducts the "PROMOTION FOR INSTALLING THE APP" promotion (hereinafter — the Promotion) with the aim of increasing player loyalty, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the image of the Promotion Organizer.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS AND CONCEPTS.

Organizer — LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NATIVE APPS, identification code of the legal entity 43488489, registered office: 35 Svitlytskoho str., office 108/4, Kyiv, 04215, Ukraine, License for the organization and operation of casino gambling on the Internet — issued on 12/22/2022, for 5 years (by the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling, № 434 as of 12/13/2022).
Day — a period of time within an astronomical day from 00 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds to 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds according to Kyiv time.
Promotion Territory — the Promotion is held on the website of "NATIVE APPS" LLC for the organization and conduct of Online Casino Gambling https://supergra.ua, and in the SuperGra Mobile Application on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and the war zone.
Promotion Period — from June 05, 2026 to June 04, 2027.
SuperGra Mobile Application — a different kind of software designed to function on mobile devices with different operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.), using which the Player can access the tools and functionality of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application from a mobile device.
Registration on the Portal —  creating a Client Account. Only persons who have reached the age of 21 are allowed to register. It is mandatory to fill in a form on the website https://supergra.ua and/or SuperGra Mobile Application (hereinafter — Organizer's Portal), which contains personal information. It is necessary to enter a personal valid email address or a personal valid mobile phone number. It is also necessary to enter a password, which the Player will use to access the Client Account in the manner provided for by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, available on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. Entering false data may be regarded as fraud. Only one individual can create one Client Account (one account in a profile). In case of violation of the rule of creating one Client Account, multiple accounts will be subject to blocking.
Verification — passing the procedure of confirming a Player's identity according to the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, available on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Player (Participant) — an individual who, at the time of registration on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and at the time of participation in the game, has reached the age of 21, has full legal capacity, and for whom there is no information in the Register of persons whose access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling is restricted, who is not under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any other intoxication, who has not been deemed undesirable by the Organizer, who has no other restrictions in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and/or the Rules of the Gambling Organizer Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS (hereinafter - Rules of the Gambling Organizer),  and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS , and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Organizer's Privacy Policy of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, and/or the AML/KYC-Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling and/or Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, at his own request participating in gambling on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, has entered into a Public Offer Agreement on participation in gambling with the Organizer and is unconditionally consistent with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Rules of Casino Gambling, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, the Privacy Policy of the Organizer Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS.
The rules of the Gambling Organizer Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, the Privacy Policy of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, AML/KYC-Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, a Public Offer Agreement on participation in gambling displayed on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Gambling Game — any game with the condition that the Player makes a bet that gives the right to receive a win (prize), the probability of receiving and the amount of which fully or partially depends on chance, as well as the knowledge and skill of the Player.
Gambling Equipment — an online system of the Gambling Organizer.
Slot — a Gambling Game where a Player spins a reel and/or reels with different symbols by pressing a button. The Player wins if identical symbols on the reels line up as variants for a Payline (classic fixed reel slots) and/or identical symbols are placed regardless of the row and form winning combinations, disappear, and the following symbols fall in their place, which can create new winning combinations (avalanche or cascading Slots).
Spin — one rotation of the reel of the Slot and/or other Gambling Games. During a Gambling Game, after making a Spin, it is possible to receive an additional Spin (hereinafter referred to as Super spin). All the Super spins received in a Gambling Game while making one Spin are subject to crediting and accounting on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application as one Spin in all promotional offers of the Organizer.
Game balance— the amount of electronic money substitutes within which the Player has the right to place bets in Gambling Games or initiate a Payout of winnings or a refund of funds replenished for participation in Gambling Games. The minimum and maximum amounts of the replenished funds are set by the Organizer in the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited Liability Company NATIVE APPS, which are posted on the Organizer's website https://supergra.ua.
Game balance replenishment — the process of adding funds to the Organizer's account by the Player to increase their Game balance. During the Game balance replenishment, the funds are exchanged for electronic money substitutes.
Client’s account — a part of the Organizer's online system that provides the Player with complete information about their actions, agreements made with the Organizer, Game balance, and also contains information necessary for the identification of the Player. Methods of the Game balance replenishment and payment instruments are specified in these Rules, as well as published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Offer balance — a part of the Game balance where Offers are credited after their activation by the Player, as well as winnings received with the help of Offers. Electronic money substitutes (in the absence of the Wagering requirement) received as Offers can be used from the Game balance for further participation in Gambling Games, as well as to submit requests to the Organizer for the payout of funds to a bank card verified by the Player, and from which the Player replenished funds into the Game balance.
Offer — an electronic money substitute, which the Player receives from the Organizer as a result of fulfilling the conditions of the Promotion posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, is placed in the “Offers” section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, where the Player has the right to activate or refuse the Offer. After activating the Offer, it is credited to the Offer Balance of the Player in the form of Super spins or other electronic money substitutes for wagering with or without the Wager (determined by the Organizer in the description of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application).
The Offer for installing the SuperGra Mobile Application — a one-time promotional offer provided to the Player for installing the SuperGra Mobile Application.
Super spin — additional spins. They are provided during the Promotion, the terms of which are indicated on the page with the description of the Promotion. When using Super spins, electronic money substitutes are not written off from the Game or Offer Balance. Winnings are calculated at a nominal rate, the amount of which is specified in the terms and conditions of the Promotion during which Super spins are provided. Further, the Super spins can be found on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the "Offers" section, where they are subject to activation by the Player and wagering without the set Wagering requirements within the time limit provided by the Organizer.
Wagering — a Gambling Game with electronic money substitutes received as a prize for fulfilling the promotional conditions, during which it is necessary to place a bet on the sum of Super spins and/or other electronic money substitutes with the established Wagering requirement or without the set Wagering requirement (provided by the Organizer in the Rules). After the Wagering requirements are met, electronic money substitutes are transferred to the Game balance.
Wager — a coefficient determined by the Organizer, which may be applied (as a rule) by the Organizer within the Promotion as a condition for wagering Super spins according to the Terms of the Promotion.
Random Number Generator (RNG) — a component (device, software module, including remote) of the online system of the Gambling Organizer that, when conducting Gambling using the mentioned system, creates a sequence of unrelated numbers and ensures the random nature of the winnings (prize).
Personal Data — any information directly or indirectly related to a certain individual (the subject of personal data), or used to identify such a person.
Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automatic means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, providing access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
Organizer's Website (hereinafter referred to as the Website/Portal) — a website owned by the Organizer, namely supergra.ua.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

2.1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion independently. In this case, information about the changes is posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The date of entry into force of the changes is determined by the Organizer independently.
2.2. The processing of Personal Data is carried out by an official of the Organizer, who is entrusted with the responsibility for processing personal data by the order of the head.
2.3. Registration and Verification on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application means that the Player voluntarily provides his/her personal data to the Organizer and agrees to its processing.
2.4. The Organizer has the right to involve any third parties in the conducting of the Promotion.
2.5. The Organizer has the right to cancel the Promotion at any time or change these Promotion Rules by publishing a new version, considering clause 2.1. and/or clause 5.6. of the Rules.
2.6. Manufacturers and/or distributors who provide goods and services that may be placed as advertising on the territory of the Promotion are not partners, sponsors, and/or co-organizers of the Promotion.
2.7. Any images on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, advertising and information materials, electronic media, platforms, and other digital and/or information devices, including in the form of signs and/or money symbols, are not the equivalent of money, are not instructions and/or documents that guarantee any type of rights to the Players participating in the Promotion.

3. THE PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING THE PROMOTION.

3.1. To participate in the Promotion, the Player must:
3.1.1. Be registered on the Portal owned by the Organizer. In case the Participant is a new user, he/she shall create a Client’s Account on the Organizer's Portal and go through the identification procedure (verification, data establishment). The procedure for registering a Client’s Account is regulated by section 4 of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, which are posted on the Organizer's SuperGra PortalMobile Application.
3.1.2. Go to the Organizer's Portal to the «APPLICATION» page at the link: https://supergra.ua/uk/application
3.1.3. Download and install the SuperGra Mobile Application on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3.1.4. Make a Game balance replenishment in the amount of 100 UAH or more within 3 (three) calendar days after installing the SuperGra mobile application.
3.2. Within the Promotion, the Player may receive Offers in the following order for installing the SuperGra Mobile Application:
- if the Player has replenished their Game balance through the Portal without installing the SuperGra Mobile Application, then after installing the SuperGra Mobile Application, the amount of the Offer will depend on the total amount of electronic money substitutes with which the Player has replenished their Game balance;
- if the SuperGra Mobile Application is installed without first replenishing the Game balance through the Portal, the Offers will be calculated based on the amount of the first replenishment of the Game balance after installing the SuperGra Mobile Application. In this case, it does not matter whether the Player replenishes the Game balance through the SuperGra Mobile Application or through the Portal.
3.2.1. The player who has met all the conditions of the Promotion is entitled to receive an Offer in the form of:
- 60 UAH for a deposit starting from 100 UAH;
- 200 UAH for a deposit starting from 500 UAH;
- 500 UAH for a deposit starting from 4 500 UAH.
3.3. Activation of the Offer for use is possible on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the “Offers” section. The Offer activation period is 72 (seventy-two) hours from the moment of its receipt on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application in the “Offers” section.
3.4. The Player is entitled to receive the Offer only for the first installation of the mobile application.
3.5. The taxation of persons who received the Offer is carried out in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine at the moment of payment of the winnings by the Organizer. Withdrawal means a financial transaction for the payment of funds to the Player's bank account, from which the funds were transferred to the Player's Game balance. This means that the income specified in this paragraph is finally taxed when it is paid out at the expense of the persons who received the Offer .
3.6. The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the future use of the Offer and for the inability to use it for any reason.
3.7. In accordance with sub-clause 170.6.3. of clause 170.6 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case a taxpayer — Player (Promotion Participant) — receives income in the form of winnings and prizes other than the lottery win (prize), taxation of such income is carried out in the general manner established by this Code for income that is finally taxed at the time of its crediting at the rate specified in the paragraph of first clause 167.1 of Article 167 of this Code. Therefore, personal income tax and a military fee are imposed on the total amount of such winnings (prizes), the amounts of which are determined by the Tax Code of Ukraine.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER.

4.1. Only individuals who have the right to participate in the Promotion in accordance with the applicable Laws of Ukraine and meet the definition of the term "Player" in accordance with Section 1 of these Promotions Rules and who, in accordance with the applicable Laws of Ukraine, have access to Online Casino Gambling and who do not have gambling addiction (ludomania) or restrictions on participation in gambling may participate in the Promotion.
4.2. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates and members of their families are not considered Participants in the Promotion and are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4.3. Participants (Players) have the rights and obligations established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine and the Promotion Rules.
4.4. While participating in the Promotion, the Participant (Player) undertakes:
4.4.1. to comply with the requirements of the Rules and the regulations of the applicable Laws of Ukraine;
4.4.2. to comply with any other requirements set forth by the Promotion Organizer;
4.4.3. to provide complete, correct and reliable information about himself/herself and his/her actions on the Promotion Organizer's website at the request of the Organizer's employees;
4.4.4. not to intentionally cause any inconvenience or obstruction to any other Player (Participant) in the Promotion;
4.4.5. not to take any action that may jeopardize the legitimacy of his or her participation in the Promotion and the participation of other Players (Participants) in the Promotion;
4.4.6. to provide documents to confirm the identity of the Player (Participant) at the request of the Promotion Organizer. If proof of identity is not provided, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict the individual's participation in the Promotion;
4.4.7. to notify the Promotion Organizer of any deviations from these Promotion Rules or of any technical errors that may have occurred during the Promotion and that may have led to incorrect accumulation, use of Offers, Super spins by the Player (Participant), etc. 
4.5. In addition to clause 4.4. of the Rules, Players should read all clauses of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling, and/or the Responsible Gambling Rules (Principles), and/or the Privacy Policy, and/or AML/KYC Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, the Public Offer Agreement on Participation in the Gambling Game with the Organizer, and/or the Promotional Policy Terms of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, and replenishing the Game balance, the Player accepts the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling, and/or the Responsible Gambling Rules (Principles), and/or the Privacy Policy, and/or the Promotional Policy Terms of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, the conditions of crediting Super spins, Offers for activation on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and the Promotion Rules. If Players do not agree with the terms of the Promotion, they have the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion. Awareness of the randomness of the game results and the risk of losing is essential.
4.6. By performing actions in accordance with these Promotion Rules, Players automatically agree and conclusively accept in full the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as these Promotion Rules and the terms and conditions and related provisions that comprise the documents published on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, as well as allow the publication of their client ID for any purpose related to these Promotion Rules.
4.7. In case of disagreement with any clause of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and the terms and/or the Rules of the Promotion, it is necessary to stop using the services of the Organizer. 
4.8. The Players are responsible for their own security and for preventing third parties from accessing their password and Client’s Account on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. 
4.9. The Players always have the right to cancel any or all Offers. It is possible to cancel Offers at any time if you have some in your Offer Balance. The Player can do this in the "Offers " section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application by clicking the "Cancel" button. To cancel/deactivate the Offer , the Player can also contact the support service at [email protected].
4.10. In the event of a withdrawal from the Game balance before the Wagering requirements have been met, this Offer and all winnings are automatically reset to zero. The Players can always check the status of the activated offer and the progress of the Wagering on it in the Client Account. 
4.11. The Promotion Participant (Player) who does not agree with the terms and conditions of these Promotion Rules and/or who refuses to consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data and/or who does not/does not properly fulfill the terms and conditions of these Rules shall forfeit his/her right to further participate in the Promotion.
4.12. It is strictly forbidden to abuse the postponement of any game rounds, including additional spins (super spins) or additional games during the game with the Offer/Offers in order to save additional rounds, Offers, etc. Any postponed games, Offers and additional games are considered fraudulent actions and may result in the cancellation of the Winnings and/or loss of the bet and/or blocking of access to participation in Gambling on the Portal/Mobile Application SuperGra. 

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER.

5.1. The Organizer has the right to refuse to credit the Player with the Offer if it is determined that he/she has not complied with the provisions of the Promotion Rules. 
5.2. The Organizer is obliged to inform the Player about the Promotion Rules. 
5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the Player's misinterpretation of the Rules or failure to comply with the Promotion Rules. 
5.4. The Organizer is not responsible for illegal use of the game service of the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. 
5.5. The Organizer has the right to review and analyze all transaction records at any time and for any reason. If the Organizer discovers any facts that could be considered malicious, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Player's participation in the Promotion or refuse to provide any further services to the Player. 
5.6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion or cancel it at any time, taking into account clause 2.1 of these Rules. In this case, information about the changes and/or cancellation of the Promotion will be posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The Player undertakes to monitor any changes regarding the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, without the need for additional notification in any other form and/or manner, and by participating in the Promotion automatically confirms his/her direct agreement with this clause of the Rules. 
5.7. The Organizer has the right to cancel winnings, prizes, Super spins, Offers in case it appears that the Player used a special program intended to deceive the Organizer, or played in collusion with another Player. Regarding all requests for the payout of funds, on which the Player was paid funds, taking into consideration the circumstances and the conditions of this clause of the Rules, the Player undertakes to return such funds to the Organizer within 7 (seven) banking days from the moment the Player received written notification from the Organizer. In case of non-return of funds or goods prizes received under this clause of the Rules, the Organizer has the right to take all legal measures provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the applicable Laws of Ukraine.

6. PERSONAL DATA.

6.1. By participating in the Promotion, each Player confirms their consent to the processing, storage, cross-border transfer of personal data, provided photo images and the use of personal and any other information provided by the Organizer of the Promotion for informational and/or any other purpose and methods that do not violate the applicable Laws of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data"), grants the right to the free use of their name, surname, photograph, interview, or other materials about them for the announcement of the results of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application for informational purposes, including the right to publish (including their name, photograph) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials on the Internet, interviews in the media in case of winning any prizes of the Promotion, as well as for the transmission of information, messages (including informational ones), etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, and such use is not compensated by the Organizer or partners of the Promotion. The provision of such consent is considered in accordance with the provisions of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
6.2. From the moment of acceptance of the terms of these Rules by taking actions that indicate participation in the Promotion, agreement with the terms of the Rules and consent to the processing of personal data are considered to be given by the Players participating in the Promotion.
6.3. Participation in the Promotion automatically confirms that the Player has learned his/her rights as a personal data subject according to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", according to which the personal data subject has the right: 1) to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give a corresponding order to obtain this information to their authorized persons, except in cases established by law; 2) to receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred; 3) to access their personal data; 4) to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his/her personal data is processed, as well as to receive information on the content of such personal data; 5) to submit a justified request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his/her personal data; 6) to submit a reasoned request for the change or destruction of their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if such data is processed illegally or is unreliable; 7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely providing, as well as to protect against providing information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honour, dignity, and business reputation of an individual; 8) to complain about the processing of their personal data to the Authorised Body or the court; 9) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the Applicable Laws of Ukraine on personal data protection; 10) to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent; 11) to revoke consent to the processing of personal data; 12) to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data; 13) to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
6.4. The Organizer is the owner of all personal data provided by the Players participating in the Promotion. The Organizer retains the specified personal data for the period established by the applicable Laws of Ukraine.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS.

7.1. The Offer is available exclusively for a single Client Account owned by the Player. The Organizer has the right to check for violations at any time. If a violation or suspected violation is detected due to repeated registrations, the Organizer can reset the Offer Balance and the proper winnings on all accounts connected to the violations. 
7.2. The Game balance replenishment is carried out using Visa/MasterCard payment bank cards. The Player is prohibited from playing on credit either with deferred payment or with subsequent payment, except for paying the bet with credit or debit cards if there is a payment authorization. When replenishing funds to the Game balance using electronic means, the User will be redirected to the payment page of the bank, which is protected according to the rules of the international payment systems VISA and Mastercard. Cash funds are not accepted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The Organizer has the right to use the technical capabilities of third-party organizations to process payout transactions made by the Player. Also, with the help of third-party systems, payouts of funds in favor of the Player can be processed.
7.3. Payments to the Players are processed in a non-cash form through the accounting of transactions in the Organizer's online system, taking into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Regarding the Organization and Gambling Conduction" № 768-IX as of 7/14/2020, and the Law of Ukraine "On Preventing and Counteracting to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" № 361-IX as of 12/6/2019, and conditions of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
7.4. The procedure of the Player’s identification, verification (establishing data) is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer.
7.5. The Organizer, as well as third parties engaged by it (in case of such engagement) are not responsible for any technical failures in the Internet/mobile communications, as well as other technical failures caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
7.6. In case of any technical errors, failures, false accrual, transfer of offers, winnings, prizes to the Participant of the Promotion or incorrect mechanism of their use, etc., the Promotion Organizer has the right to unilaterally cancel the credited prizes, winnings, money substitutes, offers, etc. If the Player created a request for the payment of money received on the Game balance after the crediting of prizes, winnings, money substitutes, or offers, based on the circumstances specified in this clause of the Rules, the Player must return such money to the Organizer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving a written notification from the Organizer. In case the money received under this clause of the Rules is not returned, the Organizer has the right to take all legal measures provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer and/or the applicable Laws of Ukraine.
7.7. The Organizer, as well as the third parties involved in the Promotion (in case of involvement), are not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any character, blockades, significant changes in legislation, which is valid in the Promotion Territory, other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control as well as the involved third parties (in case of involvement), which make it impossible to participate in the Promotion.
7.8. In case of any situation that involves an ambiguous interpretation of the Rules, any controversial issues, and/or issues not regulated by the Rules, the Organizer makes the final decision on such issues. Such a decision is based on the applicable Laws of Ukraine, is final, and is not subject to appeal.
7.9. Concepts and definitions used in these Promotion Rules refer only to the Promotion held under the Rules.
7.10. These Rules are written in English and are valid on the SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application for the Promotion Period or until a new version of the Promotion Rules is approved.
