OFFICIAL RULES OF THE "DAILY DRAW" PROMOTION
(hereinafter — the Rules)
«NATIVE APPS» LLC in accordance with the approved version of these Official Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) conducts the «Get active on social media» promotion (hereinafter — the Promotion) with the aim of increasing player loyalty, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the image of the Promotion Organizer.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS AND CONCEPTS.
Organizer — LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NATIVE APPS, EDRPOU code 43488489, registered office address: Ukraine, 04215, Kyiv, Svitlytskoho street, building 35, office 108/4, license to organize and produce online casino gambling activities – issued on December 22, 2022, valid for 5 years (decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries № 434 dated December 13, 2022).
Day — a period of time within an astronomical day from 00 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds to 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds according to Kyiv time.
Promotion territory — the Promotion is held on the website for the organization and conduct of Online Casino Gambling of «NATIVE APPS» LLC https://supergra.ua and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application, on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and the zone of hostilities.
Promotion period — from June 22, 2026, to June 4, 2027.
SuperGra Mobile Application — various software designed to operate on mobile devices with different operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.), using which the Player can access the tools and functionality of the Portal/SuperGra Mobile Application from a mobile device.
Registration on the Portal and/or SuperGra Mobile Application — creating a Client Account (account in a profile). Only persons who have reached the age of 21 are allowed to register. It is necessary to fill in a form on the https://supergra.ua website (hereinafter — Organizer's Portal) and/or the SuperGra Mobile Application, which contains personal information. It is necessary to enter a personal valid email address or personal valid mobile phone number. It is also necessary to enter a password, which the Player will use to access the Client Account in the manner provided by the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, available on the SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application. Entering false data may be regarded as fraud. One individual can create only one Client Account (one account in a profile). In case of violation of the rule of creating one Client Account, multiple accounts will be subject to blocking.
Verification — the process of confirming the Player's identity in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, which are available on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Player (Participant) — an individual who, at the time of registration on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application and at the time of participation in the game, has reached the age of 21, has full legal capacity, and for whom there is no information in the Register of persons whose access to gambling establishments and/or participation in Gambling is restricted, who is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other intoxication, who has not been deemed undesirable by the Organizer, who has no other restrictions in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine and/or the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS (hereinafter — the Rules of the Gambling Organizer), and/or the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, and/or the Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the AML/KYC Policy of the Organizer of Online Casino Gambling, and/or Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, at their own request participates in Gambling on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, has entered into a Public Offer Agreement on participation in Gambling with the Organizer and is unconditionally consistent with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, and/or the Rules of Casino Gambling, and/or the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, the Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS.
The Rules of the Gambling Organizer of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the Rules of Online Casino Gambling of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the Rules (Principles) of Responsible Gaming, Privacy Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, the AML/KYC-Policy of Online Casino Gambling, Terms and Сonditions of the Promotion Policy of the Limited liability company NATIVE APPS, a Public Offer Agreement on participation in gambling are displayed on the Organizer’s SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application.
Gambling Game — any game that requires the Player to place a bet that gives them the right to receive a prize, the probability and size of which depend wholly or partially on chance, as well as the knowledge and skill of the Player.
Gaming Equipment — the online system of the Gambling Organizer.
Slot — a Gambling Game where the Player spins a reel and/or reels with different symbols by pressing a button. The Player wins if identical symbols on the reels line up as variants for Paylines (classic slots with fixed reels) and/or identical symbols are placed regardless of the row and form winning combinations, disappear, and are replaced by the following symbols that can create new winning combinations (avalanche or cascade Slots).
Spin — one rotation of the reel of the Slot and/or other Gambling Games. During a Gambling Game, after making a Spin, it is possible to receive an additional Spin (hereinafter referred to as a Super spin). All Super spins received in a Gambling Game while making one Spin are subject to crediting and accounting on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application as one Spin in all promotional offers of the Organizer.
Game balance — the amount of electronic money substitutes within which the Player has the right to place bets in Gambling Games or initiate the payout of winnings (prizes) or the refund of funds replenished for participation in Gambling Games. The minimum and maximum amounts for replenished funds are determined by the Organizer, taking into account the payment instrument selected by the Player.
Game balance replenishment — replenishment of funds by the Player into the Organizer's account to increase their Game balance. During the game balance replenishment, funds are exchanged for electronic money substitutes.
Client Account — a part of the Organizer's online system that provides the Player with complete information about their actions, agreements made with the Organizer, Game balance, as well as information necessary for the Player's identification. The methods for replenishing the Game balance are specified in these Rules and also published on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application.
Offer balance — a part of the Game balance where Offers are credited after their activation by the Player, as well as winnings received with the help of Offers. Electronic money substitutes (in case of the absence of the Wagering condition) received as Offers can be used from the Game balance for further participation in Gambling Games, as well as to submit requests to the Organizer for the payout of funds to the Player’s verified bank card, and from which the Player replenished funds into the Game balance.
Offer — an electronic money substitute, Super spin, which the Player receives from the Organizer as a result of fulfilling the conditions of the Promotion posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application in accordance with the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, is placed in the «Offers» section of the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, where the Player has the right to activate or refuse the Offer. After activating the Offer, it is credited to the Offer balance of the Player in the form of Super spins or other electronic money substitutes for wagering with or without the Wager (determined by the Organizer in the description of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or in the Mobile Application).
Super spins — additional Spins. They are provided during the Promotion, the terms of which are specified on the Promotion page with a description. While using Super spins, electronic money substitutes are not withdrawn from the Game or Offer balance. Winnings are calculated based on the nominal bet, the size of which is indicated in the terms of the Promotion during which the Super spins are provided. Subsequently, Super spins can be found on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application in the «Offers» section, where they are subject to activation by the Player and Wagering with no Wager requirement within the timeframe specified by the Organizer.
Wagering — a Gambling Game with electronic money substitutes, received as a win for the fulfillment of the promotional conditions, during which a bet must be placed for the amount of Super spins with or without a Wager (as provided by the Organizer in these Rules). After the Wagering requirements are met, the electronic money substitutes are transferred to the Game balance.
Wager — a coefficient determined by the Organizer, which may be applied (as a right) by the Organizer within the Promotion as a condition for the Wagering of Super spins under the Promotional terms.
Random Number Generator (hereinafter – RNG) — a component (device, software module, including remote) of the online system of the Gambling Organizer that, when conducting gambling using the mentioned system, creates a sequence of unrelated numbers and ensures the random nature of the winnings (prize).
Personal Data — any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable individual (the subject of personal data) or used to identify such a person.
Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Organizer's website (hereinafter referred to as the Website/Portal) — a website owned by the Organizer, namely supergra.ua.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
2.1. The Organizer has the right to independently change the conditions and procedure for conducting the Promotion. In this case, information about the changes made is posted on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application. The date of entry into force of the changes is determined by the Organizer independently.
2.2. The processing of Personal data is carried out by an employee of the Organizer, who is entrusted with the fulfillment of personal data processing duties by order of the head.
2.3. Registration and verification on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application mean that the Player voluntarily provides their personal data to the Organizer and agrees to their processing.
2.4. The Organizer has the right to involve any third parties in the conduct of the Promotion.
2.5. The Organizer has the right to cancel the Promotion at any time or change these Promotion Rules by posting their new version taking into account clause 2.1. and/or clause 5.6. of these Rules.
2.6. Manufacturers and/or distributors who provide goods and services that may be placed as advertising distribution on the territory of the Promotion are not partners, sponsors, and/or co-organizers of the Promotion.
2.7. Any images on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal/Mobile Application, slot machine monitors, advertising and information materials, electronic media, platforms, and other digital and/or information devices, signs, and/or symbols of monetary funds, are not equivalent to monetary funds, are not instructions and/or documents guaranteeing any types of rights to Players participating in the Promotion.
3. THE PROCEDURE OF CONDUCTING THE PROMOTION.
3.1. The Prize Pool of the Promotion consists of Offers, namely Super spins of denomination 200 (subject to Wagering without the Wager), which are distributed among the winners of the Promotion in the manner determined by these Rules.
The Prize Pool of the Promotion is formed at the discretion of the Organizer. The qualitative, quantitative, including technical and other characteristics of the Offers, are determined by the Organizer.
The total number of prize places for one week is 10. The total prize pool of the Promotion for one week is 200 Super spins.
Prize Super spins may be used on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application in the Gambling Game Sun of Egypt 5 by the 3 Oaks Gaming provider with a Bet of 2 UAH.
The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to increase or decrease the overall amount of the Prize Pool of the Promotion.
The Player participating in the Promotion undertakes to independently monitor all changes on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application, including but not limited to the description of the Promotion, conditions of participation in the Promotion, these Rules, etc.
3.2. To participate in the Promotion, the Player should:
3.2.1. Be registered on the Portal owned by the Organizer. If the Player has a Client Account, the Player should go through the login procedure. If the Participant is a new user, he/she needs to create a Client Account on the Organizer's Portal and go through the identification procedure (verification, the establishment of data). The procedure for registering a Client Account is regulated by section 4 of the Rules of the Gambling Organizer, which are posted on the Organizer's Portal.
3.2.2. To fulfill the promotional conditions in the Telegram messenger in the Organizer's channel at t.me/+2X2KAPXwse9lM2Qy.
3.2.2.1. In the Telegram messenger, the Player must be subscribed to the Organizer's channel at t.me/+2X2KAPXwse9lM2Qy.
3.2.2.2. In the Telegram messenger in the Organizer's channel at t.me/+2X2KAPXwse9lM2Qy, the Player must write at least one comment under any post and/or leave at least one like/other reaction under any post.
3.2.2.3. Replenish the Game Balance at least once since registration on the Portal and/or in the SuperGra Mobile Application with an amount of 100 UAH or more.
3.3. Once a week (every Thursday), the Organizer will select any post in the Telegram messenger in the Organizer's channel at t.me/+2X2KAPXwse9lM2Qy. Then, among all the Players who left at least one comment under such a post and/or at least one like/other reaction under such a post, 10 winners will be determined every Thursday using RNG, among whom equal parts of Super spins (20 Super spins for each prize place) from the Prize pool of the Promotion will be distributed. Therefore, the more comments and/or likes (other reactions) a Player leaves in the Telegram messenger in the Organizer's channel at t.me/+2X2KAPXwse9lM2Qy, the more chances they will have to receive the Offer.
3.4. A part of Super spins from the Promotion Prize Pool, which the Players receive based on the results of the Promotion, is displayed on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application in the «Offers» section, and Super spins have a validity period of no more than 3 days for activation and Wagering unless otherwise provided in the description of the Promotion on the Organizer's SuperGra Portal and/or Mobile Application. After the specified period expires, such Super spins are canceled, cannot be restored, and are not credited, and Players who have not activated the Super spins do not have the right to restore or receive them from the Organizer.
3.5. Among the Players selected in accordance with the clause 3.3 of these Rules, the Organizer shall determine the Players entitled to Super spins (hereinafter referred to as the Draw) using a random selection method with the RNG. The Players are automatically informed by the Organizer about the Draw results through the Portal in the personal account of the Players' Client account and/or in any other way determined by the Organizer.
3.6. The Organizer guarantees objectivity in determining the Players who receive Super spins according to the terms of the Promotion. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed. Further communication between the Player and the Organizer can be carried out via email, by phone, or in any other way not prohibited by the Applicable Laws of Ukraine.
3.7. The taxation of individuals who received the Super spins is carried out in accordance with the Applicable Laws of Ukraine at the time of payment of winnings by the Organizer. The payment means the financial operation of transferring funds to the Player's bank account from which the funds were credited into the Player's Game balance. This means that the earnings specified in this clause are subject to final taxation upon payout by the individuals receiving the Offer.
3.8. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the future use of the Super spins and for the inability to use them for any reason.
3.9. In accordance with sub-clause 170.6.3. of clause 170.6 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case a taxpayer — Player (Promotion Participant) — receives income in the form of winnings and prizes other than the lottery win (prize), taxation of such income is carried out in the general manner established by this Code for income that is finally taxed at the time of its crediting at the rate specified in the paragraph one of clause 167.1 of Article 167 of this Code. Therefore, personal income tax and a military fee are imposed on the total amount of such winnings (prizes), the amounts of which are determined by the Tax Code of Ukraine.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER.
4.1. В Акции могут принимать участие физические лица, которые в соответствии с действующим законодательством Украины имеют право быть участниками Акции и соответствуют определению, что указано в значении термина «Игрок», согласно Разделу 1 настоящих Правил Акции которым, в соответствии с действующим законодательством Украины, предоставлен доступ к Азартным играм казино в сети Интернет и у которых отсутствует игровая зависимость (лудомания) или ограничение на участие в азартных играх.
4.2. Не признаются Участниками Акции и не имеют права участвовать в ней работники Организатора, аффилированные лица и члены их семей.
4.3. Участники (Игроки) имеют права и обязанности, установленные действующим законодательством Украины, а также настоящими Правилами Акции.
4.4. Участник (Игрок) при участии в Акции обязуется:
4.4.1. соблюдать требования настоящих Правил и норм действующего законодательства Украины;
4.4.2. соблюдать другие требования, которые могут быть установлены Организатором Акции;
4.4.3. по требованию работников Организатора указывать полную, корректную и достоверную информацию о себе и действиях на сайте Организатора Акции;
4.4.4. сознательно не доставлять неудобств и не препятствовать другим Участникам Акции (Игрокам);
4.4.5. не совершать действий, подвергающих сомнению правомерность его участия в Акции и участия в Акции других Участников (Игроков);
4.4.6. предоставить по требованию Организатора Акции документы для подтверждения личности Участника Акции (Игрока). В случае непредоставления документов в подтверждение личности, Организатор вправе ограничить участие лица в Акции;
4.4.7. сообщать Организатору Акции о любых отклонениях от настоящих Правил Акции или технических ошибках, возникших во время проведения Акции и приведших к неправильному начислению, использованию Участником Акции Суперспинов и т. д.
4.5. В дополнение к пункту 4.4. настоящих Правил, Игроки должны ознакомиться со всеми пунктами Правил организатора азартных игр, и/или Правил азартных игр казино в сети Интернет, и/или Правил (принципов) ответственной игры, и/или Политики конфиденциальности Организатора, и/или АМL/KYC-Политики Организатора азартных игр казино в сети Интернет, Договора публичной оферты по участию в азартной игре с Организатором, и/или Условий акционной политики организатора азартных игр казино в сети Интернет, и, осуществляя пополнение Игрового баланса, делая ставку, безусловно соглашаются с Правилами организатора азартных игр, и/или Правилами азартных игр казино в сети Интернет, и/или Правилами ответственной игры, Политикой конфиденциальности Организатора, и/или Условиями акционной политики организатора азартных игр казино в сети Интернет, условиями начисления Суперспинов к активации на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra и настоящими Правилами Акции. При несогласии с условиями Акции Игроки имеют право отказаться от участия в Акции. Важно отдавать себе отчет в случайности результатов в играх и риске проигрыша.
4.6. Участвуя в Акции, Игроки автоматически соглашаются и окончательно в полном объеме принимают акционные условия, а также настоящие Правила Акции и условия и сопутствующие положения, которые содержат документы, опубликованные на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra, а также позволяют публиковать свой клиентский ID для каких-либо целей, связанных с настоящими Правилами Акции.
4.7. При несогласии с любым пунктом Правил организатора азартных игр и условий и/или Правил Акции необходимо прекратить пользоваться услугами Организатора.
4.8. Игроки самостоятельно несут ответственность за сохранение и недоступность третьих лиц к паролю и Личному кабинету на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra Организатора.
4.9. Игроки всегда имеют право отказаться от любых Предложений, как от одного, так и от всех уже предоставленных. Отказаться от Предложений можно в любой момент при наличии остатка на Акционном балансе. Игрок может сделать это самостоятельно в разделе «Предложения» Портала и/или Мобильного приложения SuperGra Организатора, нажав на кнопку «Отказаться». Также для отказа/деактивации Предложения можно обратиться в службу поддержки [email protected].
4.10. При осуществлении выплаты денежных средств с Игрового баланса до выполнения условий по Отыгрышу, такое Предложение и все выигрыши по нему будут обнулены автоматически. Игроки всегда имеют возможность проверить состояние активированного Предложения и хода выполнения Отыгрыша по нему в Учетной записи/аккаунте Личного кабинета.
4.11. Участник Акции (Игрок), который не согласен с условиями настоящих Правил Акции и/или отказался от предоставления согласия на обработку персональных данных, и/или не выполняет/ненадлежаще выполняет условия настоящих Правил, лишается права на дальнейшее участие в Акции.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER.
5.1. Организатор имеет право отказать Игроку в начислении Суперспинов в случае установления факта несоблюдения им положений настоящих Правил Акции.
5.2. Организатор обязан обеспечить информирование Игрока о Правилах Акции.
5.3. Организатор не несет ответственности за ложную трактовку Правил и несоблюдение правил Акции.
5.4. Организатор не несет ответственности за незаконное использование игрового сервиса Портала и/или Мобильного приложения SuperGra.
5.5. Организатор имеет право в любой момент просматривать и анализировать все записи транзакций по любой причине. При выявлении фактов, которые могут быть расценены как злонамеренные, Организатор оставляет за собой право приостановить участие в Акции или полностью отказать Игроку в дальнейшем обслуживании.
5.6. Организатор, в том числе с учетом п. 2.1. настоящих Правил, оставляет за собой право в любое время изменить условия Акции или отменить ее. В этом случае информация о произошедших изменениях Акции и/или отмены Акции, размещается на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra Организатора. В таком случае Игрок обязуется отслеживать все изменения в отношении Акции на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra Организатора и не требует дополнительного уведомления в какой-либо другой форме и/или способе, а также принимая участие в Акции автоматически подтверждает свое непосредственное согласие с этим пунктом Правил.
5.7. Организатор имеет право аннулировать выигрыши, призы, Суперспины, если окажется, что Игрок использовал специальную программу, предназначенную для обмана Организатора, или играл в сговоре с другим Игроком. По всем заявкам на выплату денежных средств, по которым были Игроку выплачены денежные средства с учетом обстоятельств и условий этого пункта Правил, Игрок обязуется вернуть Организатору такие денежные средства в течение 7 (семи) банковских дней с момента получения письменного уведомления от Организатора. В случае невозврата полученных по этому пункту Правил денежных средств, Организатор имеет право принять все юридические меры, предусмотренные Правилами организатора азартных игр и/или действующим законодательством Украины.
6. PERSONAL DATA.
6.1. Участвуя в Акции, каждый Игрок подтверждает свое согласие на обработку, хранение, трансграничную передачу персональных данных, предоставленных фотоизображений, информацию о его учетной записи в социальной сети Instagram и о его странице в мессенджере Telegram, и использование предоставленной им персональной и любой другой информации Организатором Акции с информационной, маркетинговой и/или любой другой целью и методами, которые не нарушают действующее законодательство Украины (в частности, Закон Украины «О защите персональных данных»), дает право на бесплатное использование его имени, фамилии, фотографии, интервью или других материалов о нем для объявления результатов Акции на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra Организатора с информационной целью, в том числе право публикации (также его имени, фотографии) в СМИ, любых печатных, аудио- и видеоматериалах сети Интернет, интервью в СМИ в случае выигрыша любых призов Акции, а также для передачи информации, сообщений (в том числе информационного, маркетингового характера) и т. п. без каких-либо ограничений по территории, времени и способу использования, и такое использование никак не возмещается Организатором или партнерами Акции. Предоставление такого согласия рассматривается в соответствии с положениями статей 296, 307, 308 Гражданского кодекса Украины и Закона Украины «О защите персональных данных».
6.2. С момента принятия условий настоящих Правил путем совершения действий, свидетельствующих об участии в Акции, согласие с условиями Правил и согласие на обработку персональных данных считаются предоставленными Игроками, участвующими в Акции.
6.3. Участие в Акции автоматически подтверждает ознакомление с правами как субъекта персональных данных, предусмотренными ст. 8 Закона Украины «О защите персональных данных», согласно которому субъект персональных данных имеет право: 1) знать об источниках сбора, местонахождении своих персональных данных, целях их обработки, местонахождении или местожительстве (нахождении) владельца или распорядителя персональных данных или дать соответствующее поручение о получении этой информации уполномоченным им лицам, кроме случаев, установленных законом; 2) получать информацию об условиях предоставления доступа к персональным данным, включая информацию о третьих лицах, которым передаются его персональные данные; 3) на доступ к своим персональным данным; 4) получать не позднее чем через тридцать календарных дней со дня поступления запроса, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом, ответ о том, обрабатываются ли его персональные данные, а также получать информацию о содержании таких персональных данных; 5) предъявлять мотивированное требование владельцу персональных данных с возражением против обработки своих персональных данных; 6) предъявлять мотивированное требование об изменении или уничтожении своих персональных данных любым владельцем и распорядителем персональных данных, если эти данные обрабатываются незаконно или недостоверны; 7) в защиту своих персональных данных от незаконной обработки и случайной потери, уничтожения, повреждения в связи с умышленным сокрытием, непредоставлением или несвоевременным предоставлением, а также в защиту от предоставления сведений, недостоверных или порочащих честь, достоинство и деловую репутацию физического лица; 8) обращаться с жалобами на обработку своих персональных данных в Уполномоченный или в суд; 9) применять средства правовой защиты в случае нарушения законодательства о защите персональных данных; 10) вносить оговорки об ограничении права на обработку своих персональных данных при предоставлении согласия; 11) отозвать согласие на обработку персональных данных; 12) знать механизм автоматической обработки персональных данных; 13) в защиту от автоматизированного решения, которое имеет для него правовые последствия.
6.4. Владельцем всех переданных Игроками, участвующими в Акции, персональных данных является Организатор. Организатор хранит указанные персональные данные в течение срока, установленного действующим законодательством Украины.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS.
7.1. Порядок проведения идентификации, верификации (установки данных) Игрока осуществляется в порядке, предусмотренном Правилами организатора азартных игр.
7.2. Призовые Суперспины, Предложения Акции доступны исключительно для одного Личного кабинета, который принадлежит Игроку. Организатор имеет право проводить проверки на предмет нарушений в любое время. При обнаружении нарушения, или подозрения в нарушении через повторные регистрации, Организатор оставляет за собой право обнулить Акционный баланс и причитающиеся выигрыши.
7.3. Совершение пополнения Игрового баланса возможно платежными методами, которые указаны на/в Портале/Мобильном приложении SuperGra в разделе «Касса» — «Пополнение игрового баланса». Игроку запрещается играть в кредит либо с рассрочкой платежа, либо с последующей оплатой, кроме оплаты ставки кредитными или дебетовыми картами при наличии авторизации платежа. При пополнении Игрового баланса с использованием электронных средств Пользователь будет переадресован на платежную страницу банка/небанковского финансового учреждения/платежного учреждения, которая защищена согласно правилам Международных платежных систем VISA, Mastercard. Наличные денежные средства на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra Организатора не принимаются. Организатор имеет право использовать технические возможности сторонних организаций для обработки операций платежей, совершаемых Игроком. Также с помощью сторонних систем могут обрабатываться выплаты денежных средств в пользу Игрока.
7.4. Выплаты денежных средств Игрокам производятся в безналичной форме через учет операций в онлайн-системе Организатора, с учетом положений Закона Украины «О государственном регулировании деятельности по организации и проведению азартных игр» от 14 июля 2020 г. № 768-IX и Закона Украины «О предотвращении и противодействие легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем, финансированию терроризма и финансированию распространения оружия массового уничтожения» от 06 декабря 2019 № 361-IX и условий, предусмотренных Правилами организатора азартных игр.
7.5. Организатор, а также привлеченные им третьи лица (в случае такого привлечения) не несут ответственности за какие-либо технические сбои в работе сети Интернет/мобильной связи, а также другие технические неисправности, возникшие из-за независящих от Организатора обстоятельств.
7.6. В случае любых технических ошибок, сбоев, ошибочного начисления, перечисления Участнику Акции Предложений, Суперспинов, выигрышей, призов или неправильного механизма их использования, Организатор Акции имеет право в одностороннем порядке аннулировать зачисленные призы, выигрыши, электронные денежные заменители, Предложения и т. д. Если Игроком была оформлена заявка на выплату денежных средств, полученных на Игровой баланс после зачисления призов, выигрышей, электронных денежных заменителей, Предложений на основании обстоятельств, указанных в этом пункте Правил, Игрок обязуется вернуть Организатору такие денежные средства в течение 7 (семи) банковских дней с момента получения письменного уведомления от Организатора. В случае невозврата полученных по этому пункту Правил денежных средств, Организатор имеет право принять все юридические меры, предусмотренные Правилами организатора азартных игр и/или действующим законодательством Украины.
7.7. Организатор, а также привлеченные к проведению Акции третьи лица (в случае привлечения), не несут ответственности при наступлении форс-мажорных обстоятельств, таких как стихийные бедствия, пожар, наводнение, военные действия любого характера, блокады, существенные изменения в законодательстве, что действует на Территории проведения Акции, другие неподвластные контролю со стороны Организатора, а также привлеченных третьих лиц (в случае привлечения), обстоятельства, в результате которых Участие в Акции становится невозможным.
7.8. В случае возникновения ситуаций, предполагающих неоднозначное толкование настоящих Правил, любых спорных вопросов и/или вопросов, не урегулированных настоящими Правилами, решение таких вопросов Организатор оставляет за собой. Такое решение базируется на действующем законодательстве Украины, является окончательным и обжалованию не подлежит.
7.9. Понятия и определения, которые используются в настоящих Правилах Акции, относятся исключительно к Акции, проводимой в рамках настоящих Правил.
7.10. Настоящие Правила составлены на русском языке, действуют на Портале и/или в Мобильном приложении SuperGra на Период проведения Акции или до утверждения новой редакции Правил Акции.
